Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Base Panels

Insert 8x screws (109041) and 6x cam lock screws (100219) into the designated holes on two large rectangular panels.

Step 2: Prepare Side Panels

Insert 12x wooden dowels (101350) into the pre-drilled holes on four vertical panels.

Step 3: Connect Vertical Panels to Base

Connect the vertical panels to the base panels by inserting the dowels and screw ends into the corresponding holes.

Step 4: Secure Vertical Panels

Insert 2x cam locks (119252) into the holes on the vertical panels and turn them to lock onto the cam lock screws.

Step 5: Position Top Panel

Place the top panel onto the assembled structure, aligning it with the vertical panels.

Step 6: Reinforce Structure

Attach 4x spring bolts (100214) and 4x screws (101350) to the side panels using the Allen key (153548).

Step 7: Prepare Back Panel Connector

Insert 4x wooden dowels (118331) into the back panel connector (405950).

Step 8: Prepare Top Panel for Back

Insert 2x wooden dowels (118331) into the top panel.

Step 9: Install Back Panel Connector

Slide the back panel connector (405950) into the groove at the back of the unit.

Step 10: Prepare for Top Panel Attachment

Insert 2x cam locks (119252) and 2x cam lock screws (119250) into the side panels.

Step 11: Attach Top Panel

Align the top panel and secure it using the cam locks and screws.

Step 12: Finalize Top Panel Attachment

Ensure the top panel is firmly attached using the previously inserted fasteners.

Step 13: Secure the Back Panel

Use a hammer ? to tap in 25x back panel fasteners into the back edges of the unit to secure the back panel.

Step 14: Attach Handle Brackets

Secure the handle brackets (158568) to the drawer front panels (105494) using 4x screws (153548).

Step 15: Assemble Drawer Boxes

For each of the two drawer boxes: attach drawer side panels (100001) to drawer front panels (105494) using 4x screws (101350) on one side and 2x screws (101350) on the other. Slide the drawer bottom panel (110519) into the grooves.

Step 16: Prepare Drawer Bases

Insert 2x wooden dowels (118331) into the drawer base panels (110519).

Step 17: Complete Drawer Assembly

Attach drawer back panels (103114) to the drawer sides.

Step 18: Secure Drawer Sides

Insert 2x cam locks (103114) into the drawer side panels. Note: The diagram shows cam locks, but part number 103114 is listed as a drawer back panel in the parts list. Assuming cam locks are intended here.

Step 19: Insert Drawer Back Panel

Slide the drawer back panel (103114) into the grooves.

Step 20: Place Drawer Bottom

Insert the drawer bottom panel (110519) into the grooves.

Step 21: Attach Drawer Front

Secure the drawer front panel (105494) to the drawer sides using 4x screws (110519) and a hammer ?.

Step 22: Insert Drawers

Slide the assembled drawers into the unit, engaging the drawer runners.

Step 23: Extend Drawers

The drawers can now be fully extended.

Step 24: Attach Handles

Attach the handles (149842) to the drawer fronts using 2x screws (102323).
