Assembly Instructions

Please ensure you have all parts and tools before beginning assembly. Refer to the diagrams for visual guidance.

Step 1: Prepare Base Panels

Attach the base panels together using 20x screws (109041). The diagram shows two main base sections being joined.

Step 2: Prepare Side Panels

Insert 8x cam lock housings (118331) into the pre-drilled holes on the side panels. The diagram shows two types of cam lock housings being inserted.

Step 3: Insert Dowels

Insert 52x dowels (101350) into the corresponding holes on the side panels and base panels. The diagram shows dowels being inserted into long side panels.

Step 4: Attach Vertical Side Panels

Connect the two main vertical side panels to the prepared base structure. An arrow indicates downward insertion.

Step 5: Attach Horizontal Supports

Attach 4x horizontal support pieces to the vertical side panels using dowels (101350). The diagram shows these pieces being fitted into place.

Step 6: Attach Back Support Pieces

Attach 14x back support pieces using dowels (101350) and screws. The diagram shows multiple horizontal pieces being attached to the rear of the unit.

Step 7: Attach Main Side Panels

Slide the main side panels into place, aligning them with the dowels and supports. Arrows indicate downward movement.

Step 8: Attach Top Panel

Place the top panel onto the assembled structure. Two people are shown assisting with this step.

Step 9: Secure with Cam Locks

Insert and turn 8x cam locks (119252, 119250, 103114) to secure the main panels together. The diagram shows the cam lock mechanism being tightened.

Step 10: Install Drawer Runners

Attach 10x drawer runners (149842) to the inside of the unit using 2x screws (100214) and 2x screws (100219) per runner, along with bracket (100001). The diagram shows the runners being screwed into place.

Step 11: Attach Drawer Front Supports

Attach 4x drawer front support pieces using handles (153548, 158568). A hammer is shown for tapping these parts into place.

Step 12: Prepare Drawer Bottom Supports

Insert 4x cam lock housings (118331) into the drawer bottom support pieces.

Step 13: Attach Wall Mounting Bracket

Attach the wall mounting bracket (106989) to the top rear of the unit using 2x screws (109049) and 2x wall plugs (100823). Washers (100823) are also included.

Step 14: Insert Drawer Slides into Unit

Slide the assembled drawer runners into the main unit. Arrows indicate the direction of insertion.

Step 15: Place Top Panel

Place the top panel onto the assembled unit. An arrow indicates downward placement.

Step 16: Assemble Drawer Slides for Drawers

Install drawer slides onto the drawer side panels using 4x cam lock housings (119252, 119250, 103114) per drawer. The diagram shows the mechanism being assembled.

Step 17: Attach Drawer Sides to Fronts

Connect the drawer side panels to the drawer front panels. Arrows indicate insertion.

Step 18: Attach Drawer Bottoms

Slide the drawer bottom panels into the grooves of the drawer sides and front.

Step 19: Attach Drawer Back Panels

Attach the drawer back panels to the drawer assembly.

Step 20: Assemble Drawer Boxes

Assemble 2x smaller drawer boxes and 3x larger drawer boxes. This involves connecting the sides, front, and back panels.

Step 21: Attach Drawer Front Supports

Attach the drawer front support pieces to the assembled drawer boxes using 2x cam lock housings (118331) per drawer. The diagram shows the mechanism being tightened.

Step 22: Attach Drawer Front Panels

Connect the drawer front panels to the drawer boxes.

Step 23: Secure Drawer Fronts

Secure the drawer front panels using 2x cam locks (103114) per drawer. The diagram shows the cam lock mechanism being tightened.

Step 24: Insert Drawer Bottom Support

Insert the drawer bottom support piece into the drawer assembly.

Step 25: Insert Drawer Bottom Panel

Place the drawer bottom panel into the drawer assembly.

Step 26: Attach Drawer Runners to Drawers

Attach 4x drawer runners (110519) to the sides of each drawer box using screws. The diagram shows screws being inserted.

Step 27: Attach Drawer Handles

Attach the drawer handles using 2x screws (110678) per handle. The diagram shows the screw being inserted and tightened.

Step 28: Insert Drawers

Slide the assembled drawers into the main unit. The diagram shows drawers being inserted into the chest.

Step 29: Final Drawer Securing

Secure the drawer fronts using 2x screws (102323) per drawer. The diagram shows the screw being inserted and tightened, with a warning symbol indicating the correct method.

Wall Mounting Instructions

For safety, it is crucial to secure the furniture to the wall using the provided tip-over restraints. The included screws and plugs are suitable for most solid (A) and hollow (B) walls. For solid wood (C), use screws without plugs.

Wall Types and Drill Sizes:

Type A (Solid Wall): Use Ø 8 mm (5/16") drill bit.
Type B (Hollow Wall): Use Ø 8 mm (5/16") drill bit.
Type C (Solid Wood): Use Ø 3 mm (1/8") drill bit.

Procedure:

Mark the desired height on the wall.
Drill holes using the appropriate drill bit for your wall type.
Insert wall plugs (if applicable) into the holes.
Attach the wall bracket (106989) to the wall using screws (109049) and washers (100823).
Secure the furniture to the wall bracket using the provided hardware.

Care and Cleaning

Wipe clean with a cloth damped in a mild cleaner.

Wipe dry with a clean cloth.
