Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Attach the side panels to the base panels. Insert 8 screws (109041) through the pre-drilled holes in the base panels into the side panels.
Step 2
Insert 12 dowels (101350) into the designated holes on the inner faces of the side panels.
Step 3
Attach the two vertical support panels to the base panels. Ensure they are oriented correctly.
Step 4
Insert 2 dowels (101350) into the top holes of each vertical support panel (total 4 dowels).
Step 5
Place the top panel onto the assembled structure, aligning the holes with the dowels.
Step 6
Attach the back support panels. Secure them using 4 screws (100214, 100219) and the provided tool (100001).
Step 7
Screw 8 cam bolts (118331) into the designated holes on the inner faces of the side panels.
Step 8
Insert 4 dowels (101350) into the designated holes on the side panels, near the cam bolts.
Step 9
Slide the vertical divider panel into place between the side panels.
Step 10
Insert 2 cam locks (119252, 119250) into the holes on the vertical divider panel. Use the tool to turn the cam locks to secure them. Insert 4 cam locks (103114) into the corresponding holes on the side panels and turn to secure.
Step 11
Place the top panel onto the unit. Use the plastic piece (105494) and 25 nails (405950) to secure the top panel to the unit using a hammer ?.
Step 12
Attach the drawer runners/guides to the inner sides of the unit. Use 4 screws (153548, 158568) for each runner, securing them with a hammer ?.
Step 13
Assemble the drawer boxes. For each drawer: Insert dowels (101350) into the drawer sides. Attach drawer fronts using cam bolts (101350) and cam locks (103114).
Step 14
Attach cam bolts (118331) to the drawer front panels. Use 2 cam bolts per drawer front.
Step 15
Assemble the drawer sides and back panels. Insert dowels (101350) into the drawer sides. Attach the drawer back panels.
Step 16
Attach cam bolts (118331) to the drawer front panels. Use 2 cam bolts per drawer front.
Step 17
Assemble the drawer sides. Insert dowels into the drawer sides.
Step 18
Insert 2 cam locks (103114) into the holes on the drawer sides. Use the tool to turn the cam locks to secure them.
Step 19
Slide the drawer back panel into the grooves on the drawer sides.
Step 20
Attach the drawer top panels to the assembled drawer boxes.
Step 21
Secure the drawer fronts. Insert 4 screws (110519) through the inside of the drawer box into the drawer front, using a hammer ?.
Step 22
Insert the assembled drawers into the unit.
Step 23
Insert the assembled drawers into the unit.
Step 24
Attach the drawer handles. Insert 2 screws (102323) from the inside of the drawer front into the handle.
Step 25
Insert the drawers into the unit.
Step 26
Secure the drawer runners. Use 2 screws to attach the runners to the drawer sides. Ensure correct orientation.
