Installation
Mounting the Camera to the Wall
Note: For optimal performance and to avoid interference, follow these guidelines:
- Do not install near heat sources like air conditioners or kitchen vents.
- Ensure no reflections are within 1.5 meters of the PIR sensor.
- Avoid installing next to busy roads to minimize false alerts from frequent motion.
- Install within good Wi-Fi range of your router.

Step 1: Choose Location
Select a mounting location. Use the app's installation guide to check Wi-Fi signal strength at the chosen spot. Ensure a strong Wi-Fi signal for smooth operation.
Step 2: Mount the Bracket
Use a drill to attach the mounting bracket to the wall. It is recommended to mount it at a height of 120 cm (approx. 47 inches) from the ground. Slide the camera onto the bracket and secure it with the security screw.
Step 1: Wired Installation (Optional)
To replace your existing doorbell and mechanical chime, follow these steps:
- Turn off the main power switch to your home.
- Install a bypass for your existing doorbell using the included bypass switch.
- Remove the cover of your existing doorbell and disconnect the wires (Front and Trans terminals). Use the included bypass switch to connect the two terminals, then reassemble the doorbell cover.
- Connect the wires to the terminals on the mounting bracket. The order of the wires does not matter.
- Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using the included screws or double-sided tape.
- Reinstall the doorbell.
- Restore power at the main switch. Your doorbell is ready to use.
Step 2: Wireless Installation
- Release the mounting bracket from the doorbell using the included Allen key.
- Mark the hole positions and attach the bracket to the wall using screws.
- Alternatively, use the included double-sided tape to mount the bracket on flat surfaces.
- Attach the doorbell to the bracket after mounting.
- Tighten the security screw at the bottom of the bracket.
- Test the doorbell by pressing the button.
Connecting the Device
1. Adding a Device (QR Code Pairing Mode)
Quick Wi-Fi Connection (Default Mode): On the device list page, tap 'Add Device' in the center or the '+' button in the top right corner to enter the device addition page. This page offers two methods: manual addition and automatic discovery. Use the manual addition mode.
2. Registration, Login, and Password Reset
Registration: Open the Tuya Smart app and tap 'Sign Up'. Read the User Agreement and Privacy Policy carefully and tap 'Agree' to proceed to the registration page. Enter your mobile number or email and tap 'Get Verification Code'. The country/region should match your phone's settings, but you can change it manually. Enter the verification code and set a password. Tap 'Done'.
Login: Open the TuyaSmart app and tap 'Log In'. Review the User Agreement and Privacy Policy, then tap 'Agree'. Verify your country/region (it usually auto-detects). Enter your registered mobile number/email and password, then tap 'Log In'.
Password Reset: On the login page, tap 'Forgot Password'. On the page that appears, verify your country/region. Enter your registered mobile number or email and tap 'Get Verification Code'. Enter the verification code and set a new password, then tap 'Done'.
Connecting via QR Code:
- After tapping 'Next' in the Wi-Fi setup, you will proceed to the Wi-Fi password page.
- Display the QR code directly to the camera, maintaining a distance of 15-20 cm, until you hear a beep from the camera.
- If you don't hear a beep, tap 'I Heard a Prompt' to proceed to the device addition page.
5. Successful Connection
If the network setup is successful, the following page will appear. You can rename the camera. Tap 'Done' to proceed to the device operation page.

Wireless Doorbell Setup
Important Notes:
- The device is powered by a lithium-polymer battery, providing 5-8 months of use on a full charge. The app will notify you when the battery is low.
- Ensure the device has a stable Wi-Fi connection, especially for outdoor installations. Use a Wi-Fi extender if the signal is weak.
- This is a smart, low-power device supporting app control, motion detection (PIR), and doorbell ringing. It enters sleep mode automatically and wakes up upon activity, operating for 30 seconds after activation.
Getting Started
Pair the wireless doorbell with the video doorbell.
Step 1
Before setup, ensure the video doorbell is connected to your phone and the wireless doorbell.
Step 2: Select Chime Melody
Press the melody button to cycle through 52 different melodies and select one.
Step 3: Adjust Volume
Press and hold the volume button for 5 seconds until the blue indicator lights up.
Step 4: Ring the Doorbell
Press the ring button.
Step 5: Test the Chime
Press the ring button again. The doorbell will automatically play the selected melody.

Warranty Information
This warranty certificate is for the product's functionality. Blaupunkt Technologies Ltd. warrants to repair the product within 10 business days of its arrival at the company's service center, or replace the product or any part thereof if necessary, free of charge. If replacement parts are required for repair, new and original parts will be used. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase and is valid only when accompanied by a purchase invoice from a supplier authorized by us. If there is no service point within 15 km of the store where the purchase was made, the consumer may bring the product for repair at the store where it was purchased, and the repair will be completed within two weeks of the product's delivery. After the repair and/or replacement, the consumer will receive a written confirmation detailing the nature of the repair and/or replacement. We reserve the right to charge for repairs if the defect is caused by:
