ASSEMBLY
Assemble the front wheels:
Step 1: Push the front wheel (E) into the front leg. When pushing in, align the angle of the connecting part so that the hex head screw on the axis of front wheel (E) can be accurately pushed into the front leg. An image shows component E (Front Wheel) being inserted into the front leg of the cart.
Step 2: Place the small washer (H) and Washer (G) on the short shaft of the front wheel (E) in turn, and then insert the screw (F). An image illustrates placing a small washer (H) and a washer (G) onto the shaft of the front wheel (E), followed by a screw (F).
Step 3: Finally, tighten the screw (F) with wrench (C). An image shows the screw (F) being tightened using a wrench (C) with a checkmark indicating completion.
Assemble the rear wheels:
Step 1: Unfold the shopping cart frame (A) to expose the back leg of the cart. Slide the long axle (D) through the hole in each back leg. An image shows the unfolded cart frame (A) with a long axle (D) being slid through the holes in the back legs.
Step 2: Place both sides of the back wheel into spring (B) and washer (H). Insert parts (D) directly into the center of the wheel. Ensure it is fixed and cannot be pulled out to complete the installation. An image depicts placing the rear wheel into a spring (B) and washer (H), then inserting the axle (D) into the wheel's center.
How to remove the wheel:
Locate the black button in the center of the outside of the wheel and press it inward to separate the wheel from the iron pipe. An image shows a finger pressing a black button on the wheel to detach it.
MAINTENANCE
- Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun to prevent aging.
- Please fold the cart when it is not used for a long time.
- Avoid children playing with the stair climbing cart.
