Structure Diagram

The structure diagram identifies the following parts of the VEVOR Stair Climbing Cart:

• 1. Handle: The extendable handle for pulling the cart.
• 2. Telescopic Rod: The mechanism that allows the handle to extend and retract.
• 3. Cover: The lid for the main box.
• 4. Box: The main storage compartment.
• 5. Universal Wheel (With Brake): Swiveling wheels at the front for maneuverability, equipped with brakes.
• 6. Climbing Wheel: Wheels designed to assist in climbing stairs.
• 7. Round Lock Catch (Side): Latches on the sides used for expanding and securing the cart structure.
• 8. Connector: Parts that connect different sections of the cart.
• 9. Round Lock Catch (Back): A latch on the back used for securing the cart for flat ground pulling.

Assembly and Use

1. Expand Side Plate: Turn the side round lock catch (7) counterclockwise to release. Pull out both sides and expand the side plate. Clockwise rotation tightens the round lock.

2. Attach Bottom Plate: Place the bottom plate inside the expanded frame and connect the side panels securely.

3. Close Lid and Extend Handle: Cover the upper lid (3). Raise the telescopic rod (2) to a proper height for use.

4. Flat Ground Use: When using the cart on flat ground, rotate and release the back round lock catch (9) to enable pulling. Turn clockwise to tighten and secure, counterclockwise to loosen.

5. Folding: Follow the sequence of steps illustrated to fold the cart for storage or transport.

Troubleshooting Instruction

Maintenance

• Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun to prevent aging of materials.
• Avoid subjecting the box to violent impact, especially when going uphill and downhill, to prevent cracking.
