Motorcycle Intercom System

Product Details

The EJEAS Q2 features the following components:

The central dial features the EJEAS logo and has '+' and '-' markings, indicating volume or other function controls.

Product Installation

Follow these steps for installation:

  1. Attach the mounting bracket to the helmet using adhesive or clips.
  2. Secure the intercom unit to the mounting bracket.
  3. Connect the microphone and earphone to the intercom unit.
  4. Route the cables neatly along the helmet.
  5. Ensure all connections are secure.

Basic Operations

Power ON/OFF

Power ON: Please charge before use. A prompt tone and slow flashing blue light indicate standby mode.

Power OFF: Press and hold the and simultaneously. The lights will turn off.

Battery Level

Check battery level by pressing the and buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. The device will announce the battery level: "Battery Level High", "Battery Level Medium", or "Battery Level Low".

Low Battery Indication

The red light flashes twice, indicating "Low Battery".

Charging Indication

While charging, the light is constantly red. When fully charged, the red light turns off.

Volume Control

FM and intercom can be used simultaneously. Use the Volume + and Volume - buttons for volume control. When Intercom & FM are used simultaneously, the volume control adjusts the FM volume.

Factory Reset

Long press the , , and simultaneously for 5 seconds. The red and blue lights will flash quickly four times, and the device will announce "Restore Default Setting".

Bluetooth Intercom

Intercom Pairing

1. Long press the for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode. The red and blue lights will flash alternately, and the device will announce "Intercom Pairing".

The device will then search and pair. Upon successful pairing, it will announce "Intercom Pairing Successful". The devices are now connected and can start communication.

Intercom Reconnection

The device will automatically reconnect to the last paired intercom. The device will announce "Intercom Connected".

Intercom Disconnection

Press and hold the and simultaneously for 1 second to disconnect. The device will announce "Intercom Disconnected".

Compatible with Old Intercom Pairing

1. Long press both and for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode (for V4/V6). The red and blue lights flash alternately.

2. Click the to enter Bluetooth search mode. The red and blue lights flash twice alternatively, and the device will announce "Intercom Searching".

Paring is successful when the blue light flashes slowly. The device will announce "Intercom Pairing Successful".

3. Click the to connect.

Pairing of Other Bluetooth Devices

This function's compatibility with all Bluetooth headsets or intercoms is not guaranteed.

1. Long press the for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode. The red and blue lights flash alternately, and the device will announce "Intercom Pairing".

2. Click the to enter Bluetooth search mode. The red and blue lights flash twice alternatively, and the device will announce "Intercom Searching".

3. Other devices should enter Bluetooth search mode (supporting HFP protocol or other). Pairing is successful when the blue light flashes slowly, and the device will announce "Intercom Pairing Successful".

Bluetooth Pairing

Phone Pairing

1. Long press the for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode. If no phone is connected, it will exit pairing mode after 2 minutes. The red & blue lights flash fast alternately, and the device will announce "Phone Pairing".

2. Open your phone's Bluetooth, search for the device, and pair with it.

Pairing is successful when the blue light flashes slowly twice, and the device will announce "Pairing Successful, Connected". The current power level will be shown on your phone (phone must support HFP).

Phone Reconnection

The device automatically connects back to the last paired phone. This can be initiated by pressing the .

Mobile Phone - Answer a Call

Auto-answering occurs within 8 seconds if there is no other operation. Alternatively, press the to answer.

Reject a Call

Press and hold the for 2 seconds to reject an incoming call.

Last Call Replay

Double-click the to replay the last called number.

End a Call

Press the during a call to end it.

TEL Priority

When listening to music/FM/intercom and receiving a phone call, the call interrupts other audio. After the call is hung up, the previous audio source is restored.

Voice Assistant

Phone must support and have the voice assistant (Google Assistant & Siri) enabled. Turn on the voice assistant on your phone. Then, long press the for 1 second.

Music Control

Music Play/Pause

Press the to play or pause music.

Music Switching

Press and hold the for 2 seconds to switch to the next track. Press and hold the button for 2 seconds to switch to the previous track.

FM Radio

FM ON/OFF (76~108MHz)

Auto search for radio stations. The intercom and radio can work at the same time.

Double-click the to open FM. The blue light is always on for 4 seconds, then flashes quickly, and the device announces "FM Radio".

Double-click the to close FM. The device announces "FM Radio Off".

Frequency Switching

Press the for 2 seconds to switch to a lower frequency (Frequency -). Press the button for 2 seconds to switch to a higher frequency (Frequency +).

EUC Remote Control (Optional)

EUC Details

The EUC remote control has buttons for FM, Useless Button, Intercom Button, Volume +, Phone, and Volume -.

EUC Pairing

1. Long press both and of the EUC for 5 seconds to clear the pairing record of the EUC. The red and blue lights will be consistently on.

2. Long press both and for 5 seconds. The red and blue lights flash alternately and quickly, indicating "Remote Control Pairing".

3. Click any key of the EUC to complete pairing. Pairing is successful, and the device will announce "Pairing Successful". If the EUC cannot be paired successfully within 2 minutes, it will automatically exit the pairing mode.

FM ON/OFF

Click the to open FM. Click the to close FM.
