Motorcycle Intercom System
V4 Plus
Product Details
Antenna: Located at the top of the device.
Indicator: Shows device status.
A Button: Used for various functions, including pairing and intercom control.
B Button: Used for various functions, including pairing and intercom control.
Volume + Button: Increases volume.
Volume - Button: Decreases volume.
FM Button: Controls FM radio functions.
Phone/Power Button: Used for power on/off, answering/rejecting calls, and voice assistant activation.
3.5mm Round hole charging/Earphone interface: Port for charging and connecting earphones.
Product Installation
- Loosen the screws of the clip and install it on your helmet for fixing.
- Install the intercom on the clip.
- Use the Velcro stick inside your helmet. Choose the stick / soft mic for your need.
- Organize the inside messy cables and put them inside your helmet foam for easy wearing.
Product Operations
Operation Diagram
Click: A single press of a button.
Double Click: Pressing a button twice in quick succession.
Long Press for 5s: Pressing and holding a button for 5 seconds.
Long Press Simultaneously for 5s: Pressing and holding multiple buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.
Basic Operations
Power ON/OFF
Please charge before using.
ON: Prompt tone. Standby: Blue light flashes slowly.
OFF: Lights off.
Battery Level
Check battery level via Bluetooth connection on your phone or by long pressing the Volume + and FM buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. The device will announce the battery level: "Battery Level High", "Battery Level Medium", or "Battery Level Low".
Low Battery Indication
Red light double flashes quickly. Announces "Low Battery".
Charging Indication
Charging: Red light is on.
Full: Red light is off.
Volume Control
FM and intercom can be used at the same time. Use Volume + and Volume - buttons to adjust volume.
Intercom / Calling / Music / FM
Intercom & FM use simultaneously, FM volume control: Use Volume + and Volume - buttons to adjust FM volume.
Factory Reset
Long press the <Volume +>, <Volume ->, and <Phone Button> for 5s at the same time. The red and blue lights quickly flash three times simultaneously. Announces "Restore Default Settings".
Bluetooth Intercom
2-Way Intercom Pairing
- Long press both <A Button> of device 1 and <B Button> of device 2 for 5s, waiting to pair. Red and blue lights flash alternately.
- Searching and paring.
- Paring successfully.
Connected, start communication.
3-Way Intercom Pairing
- Pair device 1 and device 2 as above one step.
- Long press both <A Button> of device 2 and <B Button> of device 3 for 5s, waiting to pair. Red and blue lights flash alternately.
- Searching and paring.
- Paring successfully.
- Click <A Button> of device 1. (Blue light flashes once + stays on for 2s) and cycle.
Connected, start communication.
4-Way Intercom Pairing
- Device 1, device 2, and device 3 are paired as above two steps.
- Long press both <A Button> of device 3 and <B Button> of device 4 for 5s, waiting to pair. Red and blue lights flash alternately.
- Searching and paring.
- Paring successfully.
- Click both <A Button> of device 1 and device 2.
- Device 1: {Blue light flashes once + stays on for 2s} and cycle.
- Device 2: {Blue light flashes twice + stays on for 2s} and cycle.
Connected, start communication.
Intercom Reconnection
Reconnect after disconnection or boot.
To connect device 3, click <A Button> of device 2.
To connect device 1, click <B Button> of device 2.
Device 1 & device 2 (or device 2 & device 3) connection is successful. {Blue light flashes once + stays on for 2s} and cycle.
Device 1 & device 2 & device 3 simultaneously connected. {Blue light flashes twice + stays on for 2s} and cycle.
Intercom Disconnection
Press and hold the 'A' button for 1 second to disconnect.
Press and hold the 'B' button for 1 second to disconnect.
Compatible with Old Intercom Pairing
Pairing with V4 Plus
- Long press both < Volume -> and <A Button> of V4 Plus for 5s, while long press <B Button> of V4 for 3s. Red and blue lights flash alternately.
- Paring successfully.
- Click <A Button> of V4 Plus.
- Long press both < Volume -> and <B Button> of V4 Plus for 5s, while long press <A Button> of V4 for 3s. Red and blue lights flash alternately.
- Paring successfully.
- Click <A Button> of V4. Blue light flashes.
- Click <B Button> of V4 Plus.
Bluetooth Pairing
Pairing of Bluetooth HFP-AG
- Long press both <Volume +> and <A Button> of V4 Plus simultaneously for 5s. Red and blue lights flash alternately.
- Other devices enter Bluetooth search mode.
- Click <A Button> of V4 Plus to connect.
Pairing of Bluetooth HFP-HF
- Long press both <Volume +> and <B Button> of V4 Plus simultaneously for 5s. Red and blue lights flash alternately.
- Other devices enter Bluetooth search mode.
- Click <B Button> of V4 Plus to connect.
Phone Pairing
Phone Pairing
- In standby mode, long press the <Phone Button> for 5s to enter the pairing state. Red and blue lights flash alternately. "Phone Pairing".
- Turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone and click on the device.
Pairing successful. Blue light twice flashes slowly. "Pairing Successful".
Current power will be shown on your phone. (the mobile phone needs to support HFP)
Phone Reconnection
Automatically connect back to the last paired device.
Mobile Phone
Answer a Call
Auto answering within 8s if no any operation.
Reject a Call
Long press the Phone button for 2 seconds.
Last Call Replay
Double click the Phone button.
End a Call
Click the Phone button once.
TEL Priority
When listening to music/FM/intercom, and receiving a phone call:
- Interrupt: Music, FM, and intercom are interrupted during a call.
- Restore: Music, FM, and intercom are restored after the call is hung up.
Voice Assistant
Phone must support the voice assistant (Google assistant & Siri).
- Turn on voice assistant.
- Long press the <Phone Button> for 1s.
Music Control
Music Play/Pause
Click the Phone button to play or pause music.
Music Switching
Next Track: Double click the Phone button.
Previous Track: Triple click the Phone button.
FM Radio
FM On/Off (76~108MHz)
Auto search and radio, intercom and radio could work at the same time.
To open FM: Long press <FM Button> for 1s. Blue light is always on for 4s. Announces "FM radio".
To close FM: Long press <FM Button> for 1s. Announces "FM radio off".
Frequency Switching
Frequency -: Double click the FM button.
Frequency +: Double click the FM button.
EUC Remote Control (Optional)
EUC Details
FM Button: Controls FM functions.
Useless Button: No function assigned.
B Button: Controls various functions.
A Button: Controls various functions.
Volume +: Increases volume.
Phone: Controls phone functions.
Volume -: Decreases volume.
EUC Pairing
- Long press both <FM Button> and <Volume -> of EUC for 5s to clear the pairing record of EUC. Red and Blue lights consistently on.
- Long press both <Phone Button> and <B Button> of V4 Plus for 5s. Red and blue lights flash alternately and quickly. "Remote Control Pairing".
- Click any key of EUC.
Pairing Successfully. "Pairing Successful". (If EUC cannot be successful paired in 2 mins, it will automatically exit the pairing mode.)
