This 2-in-1 magnetic wireless charger will automatically identify the most efficient output based on the corresponding device. It will automatically identify the voltage required by the corresponding device for fast and efficient charging. This product has overcharge, overvoltage, overpower, temperature, and short circuit protection. The bracket should not be folded back more than 90 degrees, which tends to turn the phone sideways.

4. Attention
- Please keep the charger away from water or other liquid.
- If you need to clean the charger, please make sure it is not connected with power supply.
- Do not place too close to magnetic stripe or clip card (ID card, bank cards, etc.) to avoid magnetic failure.
5. Wireless Charging - Questions & Tips
What to do when the phone is not charging properly using the wireless charging pad or charging yet slow?
- Ensure to properly place the center of the phone's back on the center of the charging pad.
- Remove any foreign materials between the wireless charger and the phone, as they may cause the device not to charge properly.
- Some kinds of back covers may also halt the wireless charging. Please check the back cover of your phone, or remove the back cover and then try to charge again.
- When installing 3rd party wireless charging cards, be sure that it is installed correctly, and won't create a bulge to the cover to interfere with wireless charging.
How long will it normally take to complete a full charge using the wireless charger?
Normally, it would take three hours for the battery to be fully charged using the wireless charger. However, the actual charging time may vary depending on the device status and charging conditions as mentioned above.
Can I use a third-party back cover during wireless charging?
If your phone can charge normally with the case, then that will not be a problem. Please place your phone very close to the charging pad in case that the protective phone case is too thick to prevent your phone from charging. If it still doesn't work, please remove your phone case then charge again.
What to do when the wireless charging pad gets warmer while charging?
It's normal for the wireless charging pad to become warmer while charging. That said, it's not a device fault. According to the charging environment or device state, the wireless charging pad or device itself may heat up while charging. Normal as it's deemed, this should not affect the device's performance or life span.
Safety Instruction
- Avoid water, heat, fire, penetration of the battery, and severe drops at all times.
- Do not insert other objects into the USB ports other than the USB connectors.
- Once the product is fully charged, your power pack automatically shuts off to save power.
- During charge & recharge, battery may feel slightly warm.
- Do not clean the battery with water or other cleaning products; clean the exterior with a lightly wetted cloth or napkin.
- Normally the battery performance will decline after 2 years.
- Any intentional and physical damage to the battery will not be under the warranty conditions.
- Battery storage temperature is between -10°C~+60°C; operating temperature is 0°C~45°C.
- Fully charge the battery before first use to maximize the battery life.
- Do not place any metal or flammable object on top of this product.
