Troubleshooting

Cannot work normally:

• Please check if there are any metal substances between the phone and this charger, for example, the metal phone case or the metal ring.
• Please check if the phone case is thicker than 4mm.

Charging Slowly / Being Hot:

• Please check if the phone is placed in the correct charging zone [Diagram 1].
• Please check if the adapter supports QC3.0.
• Please check if the phone supports wireless charging.
• Please check if the temperature of the phone is above 35°C.

• Keep the charger away from fire and water.
