Product Overview
The Energizer 3 Device Magnetic Charging Stand (Model WCP310) is designed to simultaneously charge a mobile phone, an Apple Watch (iWatch), and AirPods.

Setup and Usage Instructions
- Using the provided USB-C cable, connect the wireless charger to the included USB-C wall charger.
- Once the green LED light turns on, the device is ready to use. Lay the charger flat and place your cell phone, watch, and headphones on their corresponding charging areas to start charging. A blue light indicates charging in progress.
- Once devices are fully charged, simply remove them from the charging pad. If you need to interrupt charging, remove the devices directly.
Safety Information
- Please place the device in a ventilated area and avoid high temperatures or direct sunlight.
- Keep the device away from water.
- Do not place metal debris or magnetic items on the charger, as this may damage the device.
- It is not recommended to charge the watch at a 30° tilt; preferably charge it at a 90° tilt.
- Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures.
- It is recommended to use only the cable that comes with the device.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) whose physical, sensory, or mental capabilities are different or reduced, or who lack experience or knowledge, unless such persons receive supervision or training in the operation of the appliance. Attention
- Please keep the charger away from water or other liquids.
- If you need to clean the charger, please ensure it is not connected to the power supply.
- Do not place the charger too close to magnetic stripes or clip cards (ID cards, bank cards, etc.) to avoid magnetic failure.
Wireless Charging - Questions & Tips
What to do when the phone is not charging properly using the wireless charging pad or charging yet slow?
- Ensure the center of the phone's back is properly placed on the center of the charging pad.
- Remove any foreign materials between the wireless charger and the phone, as they may cause the device not to charge properly.
- Some kinds of back covers may also halt wireless charging. Please check the back cover of your phone, or remove the back cover and then try to charge again.
- When installing 3rd party wireless charging cards, ensure they are installed correctly and do not create a bulge that interferes with wireless charging.
How long will it normally take to complete a full charge using the wireless charger?
Normally, it would take approximately three hours for the battery to be fully charged using the wireless charger. However, the actual charging time may vary depending on the device status and charging conditions.
Can I use a third-party back cover during wireless charging?
If your phone can charge normally with the case on, then it should not be a problem. Please place your phone very close to the charging pad in case the protective phone case is too thick to prevent charging. If it still doesn't work, please remove your phone case and then charge again.
What to do when the wireless charging pad gets warmer while charging?
It is normal for the wireless charging pad to become warmer while charging. This is not a device fault. According to the charging environment or device state, the wireless charging pad or device itself may heat up while charging. This is considered normal and should not affect the device's performance or lifespan.
