Getting Started:
- Connect the wireless charger to the provided USB-C wall charger using the included USB-C cable.
- The device is ready to use when the white LED light turns on.
- Place your cell phone, watch, and headphones on the corresponding charging areas to begin charging. The white light indicates charging is in progress.
- Once devices are fully charged, remove them from the charging pad. To interrupt charging, simply remove the devices.

- Place the device in a ventilated area and avoid high temperatures or direct sunlight.
- Keep the device away from water.
- Do not place metal debris or magnetic items on the pad as it may damage the device.
- It is not recommended to charge the watch at a 30° tilt; preferably charge it at a 90° tilt.
- Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures.
- It is recommended to use only the cable that comes with the device.

Wireless Charging - Questions & Tips
What to do when the phone is not charging properly using the wireless charging pad or charging yet slow?
- Ensure to properly place the center of the phone's back on the center of the charging pad.
- Remove any foreign materials between the wireless charger and the phone as they may cause the device not to charge properly.
- Some kinds of back covers may also halt the wireless charging. Please check the back cover of your phone, or remove the back cover and then try to charge again.
- When installing 3rd party wireless charging cards, ensure that it is installed correctly and won't create a bulge on the cover to interfere with wireless charging.
How long will it normally take to complete a full charge using the wireless charger?
Normally, it would take three hours for the battery to be fully charged using the wireless charger. However, the actual charging time may vary depending on the device status and charging conditions as mentioned above.
Can I use a third-party back cover during wireless charging?
If your phone can charge normally with the case, then that will not be a problem. Please place your phone very close to the charging pad in case that the protective phone case is too thick to prevent your phone from charging. If it still doesn't work, please remove your phone case then charge again.
What to do when the wireless charging pad gets warmer while charging?
It's normal for the wireless charging pad to become warmer while charging. That said, it's not a device fault. According to the charging environment or device state, the wireless charging pad or device itself may heat up while charging. Normal as it's deemed, this should not affect the device's performance or life span.
