Ensure the following permissions are enabled for the ZUMIMALL app:
- Allow access to mobile data and Wi-Fi.

4. Account Registration
To register a new account, you need an email address. Click "Sign Up" and follow the on-screen steps to complete registration.
Notes:
- Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- If the verification code is delayed due to network issues, please try again later.
- Check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the verification code.
5. How to Reset the Camera
- Access the device homepage, select the camera, and long-press to remove it from the app.
- Press the camera's reset button for 5-10 seconds until you hear a "beep" sound.
- Reconnect the camera as a new device.
The app will prompt you to confirm device deletion and then guide you to add a new device.
6. Adding a Camera to the App
6.1 Connection Preparation
- Micro SD Card Insertion: Insert a Micro SD card to save video clips or utilize the 7-day free cloud service. Videos will not be saved without an SD card or cloud service.
- Wi-Fi Compatibility: The camera operates exclusively on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi; 5GHz is not supported. If your router is dual-band, ensure it is configured for 2.4GHz mode for optimal performance.
- Same Network Connection: For successful pairing, confirm that both your phone and the camera are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Proximity to Router: When connecting, place the camera near the router (recommended within 10-15 feet) for a stable connection.
6.2 Adding Methods
Method 1: Bluetooth Setup (Recommended)
- On the homepage, tap "Add" or the "+" icon, then tap "Add Device".
- If Bluetooth is not enabled on your phone, a prompt will appear; allow it to turn on Bluetooth.
- Once Bluetooth is active, the app will automatically scan for available devices. Select your device from the list.
- Choose your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and enter the password. If Bluetooth is on, the app will display available 2.4GHz networks. 5GHz networks will not be shown. If you cannot find your Wi-Fi network, contact your router provider to verify 2.4GHz settings.
- The app will proceed to the Wi-Fi connection page. A successful connection is indicated by a sound and a solid blue indicator light on the camera. Click "Next" to name the camera and select a family. Click "Done" to complete setup.

- Click "Add Device" and select "Scan Code". Scan the QR code displayed on your device.

- Memory Card: This camera supports Micro SD cards up to 128GB (sold separately). Continuous recording will overwrite the oldest recordings when the card is full.
- Cloud Storage Plan: Click the "Basic Cloud Storage" button to record 6-second videos for 7 days free. No code is required to enable cloud storage.

12. Power Saving Settings
