One (1) Year Limited Warranty
The iTouchless Sensor Automatic Foam Soap Dispenser is distributed by iTouchless Housewares & Products, featuring high-quality components and advanced technologies. It is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and care for 365 days from the original purchase date with proof of purchase within the United States and Canada. iTouchless honors warranty requests only for orders placed with authorized dealers. Items sold as used, floor samples, or refinished are subject to the terms of the selling party and are not warranted by iTouchless. iTouchless will repair or replace a dispenser that fails due to a defect during the warranty period.
Warranty Exclusions:
- User modification
- Damage caused by attachments added by the user
- Products with broken, removed, tampered with, defaced, or altered seals and/or serial numbers
- Damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident, water, or theft
iTouchless disclaims all other express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. iTouchless is not liable for consequential or incidental damages arising from product defects. Liability is limited to the replacement of defective products. Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this limited warranty. The soap chamber and batteries are not covered.
Warranty Service:
To request warranty service, contact iTouchless via http://www.itouchless.com/contacts/. For details, refer to the warranty email provided by iTouchless. A warranty service fee applies, varying by location: $9.95 and up for the contiguous 48 U.S. States, $19.95 and up for Canada, and $29.95 and up for Alaska and Hawaii.
Upon payment of the service fee, a working unit will be shipped. This warranty grants specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by state and province.

Attention and Usage Instructions
- At first use, cycle the dispenser until soap dispenses.
- Use only Foam Soap liquid.
- Do not overfill the soap chamber. Check the soap level while filling and do not fill past the opening.
- Wipe off excess liquid and spills before reattaching the soap chamber.
- Do not submerge the unit or clean with water.
- To clean, use a damp cloth and dry immediately with a soft dry cloth.
- Avoid direct sunlight on the infrared sensor.
- Use only new, same brand alkaline batteries. Change all batteries at the same time.
- Small parts are not suitable for children or pets.

How to Fill with Foam Soap
Use only Liquid Foam Soap.
Step 1: Open the top cover.
Step 2: Pour liquid foam soap into the chamber, up to the maximum line (approx. 11 oz / 325 ml).
Step 3: Close the top cover.
How to Make Your Own Foam Soap
Step 1: Pour liquid hand soap into the chamber.
Step 2: Add water (H2O) to the chamber.
Step 3: Mix at a 1:2 ratio (soap to water).
Step 4: Close the top cover.
How to Power On/Off and Operate
Press the power button quickly to change dispensing volume and to power off (indicated by a red light). At first use, cycle the dispenser until soap dispenses.
To adjust volume: Press the button once for low volume, twice for high volume.
To power off: Press and hold the button until the red light appears.
How to Insert Batteries
The dispenser uses 4 AAA batteries (included).
Step 1: Open the battery compartment cover.
Step 2: Insert four AAA batteries, observing correct polarity (+/-).
Step 3: Close the battery compartment cover.
