Pairing Your Earbuds

Step 1: Remove earbuds from charging case and remove stickers. Place earbuds back in charging case and plug in.

Step 2: Blue lights on the case indicate charging. Remove earbuds from case.

Step 3: One earbud will flash blue/white indicating it is ready to pair with your device. Select 'JLab Work Buds' in your device's ? Bluetooth settings.

Choose Side

Replace the microphone stem in both earbuds.

Finding Your Fit

Step 1: Place in ear and rotate for best fit.

Step 2: Bend microphone ? towards mouth for clear sound.
Step 3: Try all Cush Fins and ear tips for best fit and seal.

Usage Modes

Leave the microphone ready between calls or fold it for travel. Fold the charging case ? to secure earbuds for travel.

Controls

LEFT EARBUD ?

Volume Down: 1 ? tap
SIRI (iOS) or "OK GOOGLE" (ANDROID): 2 ? taps
Change EQ: 3 ? taps (cycles EQ presets) ?️
Music/Movie Mode: ✊ press and hold > 1 sec
Answer Call: 1 ? tap ?
End Call: ✊ press and hold > 1 sec ?
Reject Call: ✊ press and hold > 1 sec ❌

RIGHT EARBUD ?

Volume Up: 1 ? tap ?
Play/Pause: 2 ? taps ▶️/⏸️
Be Aware Mode: 3 ? taps (changes 2 sound settings)
Track Forward: ✊ press and hold > 1 sec ⏩
Answer Call: 1 ? tap ?
End Call: ✊ press and hold > 1 sec ?
Reject Call: ✊ press and hold > 1 sec ❌

Charging

CHARGE EARBUDS ?

Placing in the charging case ? will automatically TURN OFF and begin charging. Earbud LEDs will pulse blue while charging and turn off when fully charged.

Removing earbuds will automatically turn them on and connect to the last device. To turn off without the case, turn off ? Bluetooth on your device. Earbuds will turn off after 3 minutes.

CHARGE CASE ?

Connect JLab Work earbuds to a computer or output device from USB 5V 1A (or less).

Multipoint Connectivity

Connect 2 devices simultaneously ?:

Step 1: When FIRST device is connected, turn off ? Bluetooth in device settings. Earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing.

EQ MODES ?️

JLab SIGNATURE: JLab C3™™ signature sound with amplified vocals and bass
BEST FOR: Best option for most music genres (Pop, rock, country, electronic music and more)
BALANCED: Even sound without additional enhancements
BEST FOR: Podcasts, audiobooks, Classical music
BASS BOOST: Increased bass and sub-bass
BEST FOR: Workouts, sports, fitness, hip-hop, rap, and electronic music
"CUSTOM": Customizable EQ setting (download JLab app to customize).

Quick Tips ?

Both earbuds can connect to your device and be used independently. Simply remove an earbud from the charging case and it will auto connect.
Earbuds can be used with or without the microphone stem, but the microphone will improve voice quality and reduce background noise for a clear voice mode.
Choosing the right ear tips significantly improves audio quality due to proper driver seal. Try all ear tips for best results.

Low Battery: ? "Low Battery"
Power Off: ? Beep

When power is reduced to 10%, 'Low Battery' will play.

Troubleshooting ❓

NO SOUND IN ONE EARBUD OR EARBUDS ARE UNPAIRED (MANUAL RESET) ?

Keep earbuds in charging station ? and forget 'JLab Work Buds' in your ? Bluetooth device settings.
