Warranty and Support

Your Warranty: All warranty claims must be approved by JLab at its sole discretion. Keep your proof of purchase to cover the warranty. Two circular logos are present: one indicating 'LIMITED TWO YEAR WARRANTY' and another showing '#TEAMJLAB SUPPORT TEAM'.

Connecting Your Earbuds

1. Remove earbuds from the charging case and peel off the protective stickers. Place earbuds back into the charging case to charge them. Earbuds are shown being removed from a charging case, with protective stickers on them.

2. Blue indicator lights on the case show charging. Remove earbuds from the case. The charging case is shown with earbuds inside, displaying blue indicator lights signifying charging.

Choose Your Side

You can swap the microphone attachment to either earbud. The charging case is shown with a cable. Two earbuds are displayed, labeled 'D' (Right) and 'L' (Left), with the microphone attachment shown separately.

Finding the Right Fit

1. Insert into your ear and twist for the best fit. A diagram illustrates an earbud being inserted into an ear and twisted for optimal fit.

3. Try all Cush Fin™ and ear tip options for the best fit and seal. Various ear tips and Cush Fin™ attachments are displayed, suggesting users try them for the best fit.

Any Mode

Keep the microphone boom extended for calls or fold it for transit. The charging case attaches to your earbud tips for transport. Images show the earbuds in the case, with the microphone boom extended for calls and folded for transit.

Button Controls

Left Earbud

• Volume Down: Tap 1x
• Siri (iOS) or OK Google (Android): Tap 2x
• EQ Change: Tap 3x (cycles through EQ settings)
• Music/Movie Mode: Press and hold for 1+ second

Right Earbud

• Volume Up: Tap 1x
• Play/Pause: Tap 2x
• ATTENTION: Triple tap (2 sound setting cycles)
• Next Track: Press and hold for 1+ second

Charging

Earbuds Charging

Placing earbuds in the charging case will automatically turn them off and begin charging. Blue lights indicate the earbuds are charging and will turn off when fully charged. Earbuds are shown inside the charging case, with blue indicator lights indicating they are charging. Earbuds will automatically turn on and connect to the last paired device when removed from the case. To turn off without the case, disconnect Bluetooth from your device. Earbuds will turn off after 3 minutes of inactivity.

Case Charging

Connect the JLab Work Buds case to a computer or a USB 5V, 1A external power source. The charging case is depicted connected via USB to a laptop and a separate USB power adapter. An indicator light on the case is visible. The indicator light will be white while charging and turn blue when fully charged.

Multipoint (Connect 2 Devices)

1. With the FIRST device connected, turn off Bluetooth in its settings. The earbuds will automatically pair via Bluetooth. A phone screen shows Bluetooth settings, followed by earbuds pairing.

2. Go to your SECOND device's Bluetooth settings and connect to JLab Work Buds. A phone screen illustrates the connection process to a second device.

3. Go to your FIRST device's Bluetooth settings. Turn Bluetooth back on and connect to JLab Work Buds. A phone screen shows the earbuds reconnecting to the first device.

Equalizer Modes

• JLab Signature: Distinct JLab C3™ technology for sound with enhanced vocals and bass. [JLab Signature EQ icon]

  Best for: Most music genres like Pop, Rock, Country, Electronic, and more.

• Balanced: Even sound without extra enhancements. [Balanced EQ icon]

  Best for: Podcasts, audiobooks, classical music.

• Bass Boost: Enhanced bass and low frequencies. [Bass Boost EQ icon]

  Best for: Workouts, sports, and fitness; Hip hop, rap, electronic music.

• "Tuned": Custom EQ settings (download the JLab app for customization). [Custom EQ icon]

Quick Tips

• Both earbuds can connect to your device and be used independently. Simply remove one earbud from the charging case, and it will automatically connect.
• Earbuds can be used with or without the microphone boom. The microphone boom enhances voice quality and reduces background noise for clear calls.
• Choosing the correct ear tip significantly improves sound quality due to proper driver seal. Try all ear tips for the best results.

Audio Prompts

• Power On: Beep
• Connected via Bluetooth: Beep
• Low Battery: "Battery Low" (This prompt plays when power drops to 10%.)
• Power Off: Beep

Download the App

Customize JLab Work Buds features and update to the latest firmware. Download the JLab app from the Apple/Google Play Store. Images of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store download buttons are shown, along with a QR code labeled 'SCAN ME'.

Troubleshooting

One Earbud Has No Sound or Earbuds Are Disconnected (Manual Reset)

1. Keep earbuds in the charging case and "Forget" JLab Work Buds in your device's Bluetooth settings. A phone screen displays Bluetooth settings with 'JLab Work Buds' selected, showing an option to 'Forget Device'.

2. Tap one earbud 7 times in the charging case. The earbud will flash blue 4 times. Diagrams show a finger tapping an earbud seven times within the charging case, with a blue light flashing four times.

3. Tap the other earbud 7 times in the charging case. The earbud will flash blue 4 times. Diagrams show a finger tapping the other earbud seven times within the charging case, with a blue light flashing four times.
