Attention and Maintenance
Please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure safe usage and prolong the product's lifespan:
- Do not disassemble the product yourself.
- Use only standard charging cables and adapters.
- Avoid using corrosive cleaning detergents.

Device Connection
Initial Pairing
- Open the charging box. The earbuds will turn on and enter pairing mode automatically (red/blue lights flash alternately).
- Turn on Bluetooth on your device and select "AirBuds7" to connect. A "Connected" voice prompt will confirm a successful connection.
Once paired, the earbuds will automatically connect to the device when turned on.
Operation Method
Charging
Charging with Charging Box:
- Connect the charging box to a power source using a Type-C cable. The LED display will show the charging status. The earbuds will charge when placed inside the closed charging box.
- Wireless charging is supported by placing the charging box's inductive zone on a wireless charging base.

LED Indicators and Headset Status
Headset Status Display:
- Power on: Blue light normally on for 2s.
- Power off: Light off.
- Pairing: Red/blue lights flash alternately.
- Connected (standby): Blue light double-flashes every 2s.
- Playing music/talking: Red light normally on for 2s.
- Called: Blue light flashes every 5s.
- Headset low battery: Red light double-flashes every 5s.
- Reset to factory defaults: Red/blue lights flash together for 3 times before extinguishing.
Charging Box Indicators:
- Digital display flashes and extinguishes after 10S: Indicates headset battery status (1 grid: 0-25%, 2 grids: 25-50%, 3 grids: 55-75%, 4 grids: 75-100%).
- Charging box low battery (≤ 20%): Display shows 1 grid.
Answers for Common Questions
- Headset cannot be switched on: Low battery in charging compartment or headset. Solution: Charge the charging box for over 1 hour.
- Phone cannot find headset: Headset not in pairing state or phone Bluetooth error. Solution: Reset headset by putting it in the box, closing, opening, and wearing it (red/blue lights flash alternately), or reset by touching the button four times. Restart phone Bluetooth and clear pairing data.
- No sound from headset: Volume too low, connection issue, or out of range. Solution: Maximize volume, reconnect Bluetooth, or ensure headset is within 10 meters without obstacles.
- Headset doesn't send messages or voice is low: Microphone obstructed or too far from mouth. Solution: Wear headset correctly, clear microphone hole.
- Headset gets stuck or disconnected: Out of range, poor signal, or low battery. Solution: Stay within 10 meters, avoid obstacles, keep phone away from metal objects, try another location, or charge the headset.
- No sound from headset during voice call (sound from phone): Headset operated during call. Solution: Turn phone Bluetooth off/on, or reset headset. Headset does not support call control; use the phone for connecting/hanging up. (Note: Supports GSM calls, not app network calls).
- Headset not disconnected when in box: Charging box dead, headset not placed properly, or charging box damaged. Solution: Charge the box, reposition the headset, or replace the charging box. Ensure the green light flashes once when the headset is placed correctly.
