3.3 AC Charging
The product uses AP-POWER fast charging technology. Charging power can be adjusted via Fast Mode (max 1500W input), Standard Mode (max 1000W input), or Mute Mode (400W input, self-adjusting for quiet operation). The default input power is Mute Mode; adjust charging power in the APP. If the AC input current exceeds 20A (100-120V) or 10A (220-240V), the power station will protect itself, and the overload protector button will pop up. Press it again after confirming no product fault to resume charging. If the AC input current is too high, the power protection switch may trip; turn it back on after confirming no fault. Use the original standard AC charging cable. Connect directly to a wall socket; extension sockets are not recommended. Ensure your household wiring can support 7A (220V-240V) / 15A (100V-120V). If not, switch to Standard or Mute mode.
Note: To avoid low voltage, charge within 24 hours when power is less than 5%.
3.4 Solar Charging
Users can charge the product by connecting solar panels in series via the XT60 input port. Ensure the solar panel's output voltage is within 60V, maximum current is 13A, and maximum charging power is within 650W.
3.5 Smart Extra Battery
The R1500 can expand its capacity using ALLPOWERS Smart Extra Batteries, supporting up to two additional battery packs. The rated maximum output power remains unchanged; only the battery capacity is increased. Use the provided connection cable to avoid product damage.
3.6 UPS Function (Uninterruptible Power Supply)
Connect the power grid to the product's AC input port and the appliance to the product's AC output port. The appliance will draw power from the grid via the power station. If the grid power is suddenly cut off, the product will automatically switch to battery power within 15ms. It is recommended to use only one device at a time to avoid overload. For UPS function, the AC output power should not exceed 1500W (100-120V) or 2000W (220-240V) to ensure proper operation. If these limits are exceeded, the mains and power station will supply power simultaneously until the power station reaches 5% capacity and turns off AC output.
Note: Turn on AC output first, then plug into the wall outlet. Ensure the UPS icon is lit. UPS function activates automatically during a power outage.

4. FAQ
Q1. What type of battery does the product use?
This product uses high-quality lithium iron phosphate batteries (LFP).
Q2. What devices can R1500 power?
The AC output port has a rated power of 1800W (peak 3000W) and can power most household appliances. Ensure the total power consumption of all connected devices is less than the rated power.
Q3. How to know how long the product can supply power?
The LCD screen displays the estimated remaining battery life, which can be used to gauge runtime for devices with stable power consumption.
Q4. How to judge the product is charging?
When charging, the LCD screen shows the remaining charging time, and the battery indicator circle around the percentage has a breathing animation effect.
Q5. How to clean the product?
Wipe the product with a dry, soft, clean cloth or paper towel.
Q6. How to store the product?
Turn off the product and store it in a dry, ventilated place at room temperature. Do not store near water. For long-term storage, it is recommended to discharge the battery to 30% and recharge to 60% every three months to prolong its service life.
Q7. Can this product be brought on the plane?
No.
Q8. Can the R1500 be charged while using?
Yes, the product supports simultaneous charging and discharging.
Q9. Is the actual output capacity consistent with the target capacity in the user manual?
The capacity specified in the manual is the rated capacity. The actual output capacity is lower than the rated capacity due to efficiency losses during charging and discharging.
Q10. How to turn on/off Bluetooth & WIFI?
Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are off by default. Turn them on/off by pressing and holding the "DC OUTPUT" button for 3 seconds after turning on the device. The icon on the display indicates the status (always on means on, icon disappears means off).
