3.3 AC Charging
The AP-POWER technology allows adjustable charging power via Fast Charge, Standard, or Silent modes. Fast Charge input can reach 100-120V 1500W or 220-240V 2000W. Standard mode supports up to 1000W, and Silent mode up to 650W. The default is Silent mode. Ensure your home's electrical line can support 10A current when using wall outlets. Use the original AC charging cable. ALLPOWERS is not liable for damage from unofficial cables. Avoid extension cords. If the AC input current is abnormally high, the overload protector may trip. Press the AC overload protector to resume charging. If the power protection switch trips due to excessive input current, reset it to resume use.
3.4 Solar Charging
Users can charge the product by connecting solar panels in series or parallel. Ensure the output voltage of each solar panel connected to a single XT60 interface is within 60V to prevent product damage. Maximum input per port is 650W, total 2000W across three ports.
3.5 Smart Extra Battery
The R4000 can connect to two or more additional batteries for expanded capacity. Use the provided connection cable. Note that maximum output power remains unchanged; only battery capacity is increased. Refer to the manual for connection specifications.
3.6 Smart UPS Function
The R4000 supports UPS functionality. Connect the mains power to the AC input port and your devices to the AC output port. When mains power fails, the unit switches to battery power within 15ms. For UPS use, AC output power should not exceed 1500W (100-120V) or 2000W (220-240V) to prevent overload. If mains and battery power simultaneously exceed limits, the unit will discharge to 5% and shut off AC output.

4. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
- Q: What battery type does it use?
A: High-quality Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) batteries. - Q: What can the AC output port power?
A: The AC output (3600W/4000W nominal, 6000W peak) can power most appliances. Confirm appliance power and ensure total load is below rated power. - Q: How long can it supply power?
A: The LCD displays remaining battery life, which can estimate duration for devices with stable power consumption. - Q: How to judge if the product is charging?
A: The LCD shows remaining charge time, and the battery indicator circle animates. - Q: How to clean?
A: Use a dry, soft, clean cloth or paper towel. - Q: How to store?
A: Turn off, store in a dry, ventilated place at room temperature. Avoid water. For long-term storage, discharge to 30% and recharge to 60% every three months. - Q: Can it be carried on an airplane?
A: No. - Q: Can it charge and discharge simultaneously?
A: Yes. - Q: Is actual output capacity consistent with the manual?
A: The manual lists nominal capacity. Actual output is lower due to charging/discharging efficiency losses.
