Safety Precautions
Electrical Shock, Burning, Flood Risk: Before any disassembly/repair operation, ensure the appliance is unplugged, the water tap is closed, and heating elements are cooled down.
Cable Group Integrity: Please replace the whole cable group even in case of minor failure with cables, terminals, or sockets. Never attempt to repair or solder the cable group, as this may cause smoke, ignition, and a major risk of electrical shock.
Terminal Handling: Straightly pull out or insert terminals. Do not twist them, as this may cause damage or ignition.
Personal Protection: Always use insulator gloves to prevent injury from metal edges or electrical shock during electrical tests. Wear uniforms with long sleeves to protect your arms from metal edges.
Spare Parts: Always use original spare parts. Using untested and unapproved 3rd party spare parts may harm the appliance, end user, environment, or yourself.
Tool Usage: Use the right tools to prevent any wear or damage to components during assembly/disassembly.
Rotating Parts: Do not touch any rotating object with your hand unless it has stopped completely. Slow rotation may also cause injury.
Rebuilding Prohibition: Rebuilding machine parts and components during repair service is prohibited. It may cause damage or ignition.
Replacement Procedure: Tub Bellow Seal
1. Necessary Tools
- Pliers
- Flat head thin screwdriver
- Cordless screwdriver or classic screwdriver with torx bits (T20)
2. Disconnection

4. Assembly Instructions

4.2. Fit the tub bellow seal to the front tub: [Image for step 4.2: Hands are shown fitting the tub bellow seal onto the front tub of the washing machine.]

Replacement Procedure: Detergent Drawer

Replacement Procedure: Door Lock
1. Necessary Tools
- Flat head thin screwdriver
- Torx T20
- Cordless screwdriver or classic screwdriver with torx head (T20)
2. Disconnection

Heater Repair Instruction
1. Disconnection

1. Disconnection

3. Assembly Instructions
Please pay attention to instructions according to the door handle type. If you have not dropped the hinge support sheet to inside the machine, you can skip the tub bellow seal disassembly step.

DOOR HINGE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS (Please follow the instructions which is realted to your type)
3.5. Fit the door hinge to the housing on the door and place the hinge sheet over it. The screw number may change depends on the door model: [Image for step 3.5: The door hinge is shown fitted to the door housing, and the hinge sheet is placed over it.]
3.6. If the hinge on your product is the same as the photo above, you must change it as a group since it is notpossible to remove the pin: [Image for step 3.6: The hinge assembly is shown for replacement as a group.]
DOOR HANDLE ASSEMBLY (Please follow the instructions suitable for your models)

3.7. Place the parts as like photo above: [Image for step 3.7: Parts are shown placed as in the photo.]
3.8. Fit the pin to the house and as shown in the photoabove: [Image for step 3.8: The pin is shown fitted to the housing as shown.]
3.9. Please follow the instructions as like in the photos. Place the springs to the houses on the door frame: [Image for step 3.9: Springs are shown being placed into houses on the door frame.]
3.10. After fitting the handles, springs needs to be assemble to the handle as shown the photos above: [Image for step 3.10: Handles and springs are shown being assembled.]
3.11. After the assembly of the handle or hinge, door outer plastic should be fitted. Please do not forget the assembly of the door glass too: [Image for step 3.11: The door outer plastic is shown being fitted, and door glass assembly is mentioned.]
3.12. Be sure that all the parts have been fitted very well: [Image for step 3.12: Confirmation that parts have been fitted correctly.]
3.13. Assemble the all screws on the inside plastic part of the door: [Image for step 3.13: Screws are shown being assembled on the inside plastic part of the door.]
3.14. If the hinge support sheet had fallen inside to unit, please follow the related previous instructions to fit it to the front panel firstly. 3.15. Tighten the hinge screw by using a Tx25 screwdriver: [Image for step 3.15: A Tx25 screwdriver is shown tightening a hinge screw.]
3.16. If the tub bellow seals had removed before, please assemble it again: [Image for step 3.16: Tub bellow seals are shown being reassembled.]
