Precautions
Always follow safety advice.
Always switch off and unplug the appliance before attempting to remove any part.
Always wear appropriate protective equipment when carrying out any work.
Always use the correct tools for carrying out any work.
Some repairs may not be suitable for unqualified users to carry out. If in doubt seek the advice of a professional repairer.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
[Water Hazard] Before any disassembly/repair operation make sure appliance is unplugged, water tap is closed and heating elements are cooled down. There is electrical shock, burning and flood risk.
[Electrical Hazard] Please replace whole cable group even in case there is any minor failure with cables / terminals / sockets. Never try to repair nor to solder cable group. It may cause smoke, ignition and there is major risk of electrical shock.
[Caution] Straightly pull out or insert the terminals. Do not twist it. It may be the cause of damage or ignition.
[Protective Gloves] Always use insulator gloves to prevent injury by metal edges or to prevent electrical shock during electrical tests. Work with uniforms having long sleeves to protect your arms from metal edges.
[Spare Parts Warning] Always use original spare parts. You may harm appliance, end user, environment or yourself using untested and unapproved 3rd party spare parts.
[Use Correct Tools] Use right tools to prevent any wear or damage to components during assembly/disassembly.
[Do Not Touch] Do not touch any rotating object with hand unless it stops completely. Slow rotation may also roll in your hands and cause injury.
[Prohibited] Rebuilding is prohibited. Do not rebuild machine parts and components when repairing service. It may be the cause of damage or ignition.
REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE: Top Plate
1. Necessary Tools
- A. Pliers
- B. Flat head thin screwdriver
- C. Cordless screwdriver or classic screwdriver with torx bits (T20)
2. Disconnection
Remove electric plug from the socket.
3. Screw Removal
Remove two screws that fix the top plate at the back.
4. Removal
Push the top-plate back and pull it up.
REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE: Plastic Kick Plate
1. Screw Removal

2. Removal

REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE: Internal Feeding Tubes and Spray Arms
1. Feed Channel Tabs
Unscrew the feed channel tabs with the help of a screwdriver. [Image: A screwdriver being used to unscrew a tab on the internal feed channel.]
2. Feed Channel Assembly
To assemble, manually narrow the feed channel replacement and insert it into the tabs.
3. Top Spray Channel Removal

4. Reinstallation
Turn it counterclockwise to reinstall it.
5. Lower Spray Arm Removal

REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE: Components inside the tub (course, micro and metal filters)
1. Open Door and Remove Basket
Open the door. Remove lower basket.
2. Microfilter Group Removal

3. Microfilter Group (Course and Micro Filter) Removal

4. Metal Filter Removal

REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE: Draining Hose
1. Hose Connection Plastic Removal
Remove the hose connection plastic.
2. Lower Cover Removal
Remove lower cover.
3. Clamp Removal

4. Draining Hose Removal
Remove draining hose.
REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE: Baskets
Lower Basket
1. Open Door
Open machine's door.
2. Pull Basket

Upper Basket
1. Open Rail Lock
Open upper basket rail lock front.
2. Pull and Remove Basket

REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE: Water Inlet Valve
a) Remove Lower Cover

b) Remove Wire

c) Remove Clamp
Remove the clamp that connects the water inlet valve and air-break as shown in the picture. [Image: A hand removing a clamp connecting two plastic parts.]
Removal Instructions
To remove the water inlet valve, pull it back as shown in the picture, then release the water inlet valve from the pins it connects to and rotate it counterclockwise. [Image: Hands pulling a white plastic valve backwards, then rotating it.]
REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE: Sump Group
1. Remove Screws
Remove 2 screws on top. [Image: Two screws visible on the top of the sump assembly.]
2. Remove Drain Pump

3. Remove Drain Hose
Remove the drain hose. [Image: A white corrugated drain hose.]
4. Remove Blue Hose
Remove the blue hose from the water softener to the pool group. [Image: A blue hose connected to a component.]
REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE: Floater
a) Remove Lower Cover

b) Remove Fixing Screws

c) Remove Floater Hoses
Remove the two floater hoses.
d) Remove Wire
Remove the wire that is connected to the floater.
REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE: Water Softener
a) Remove Salt Cup Cover

b) Remove Salt Cup Nut
To remove the salt cup nut, rotate it counterclockwise.
c) Remove Left Side Panel
Remove left side panel.
d) Disconnect Connections
Detach the connections between the water softener and air-break.
e) Remove Lower Cover
Remove lower cover.
f) Remove Hose

REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE: Parasite Filter
a) Remove Lower Cover
Remove lower cover.
b) Remove Fixing Screw
Remove one screw fixing the parasite filter.
c) Remove Wires

d) Remove Filter
Push the parasite filter and remove it.
REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE: Hose connection plastic
a) Remove Left Side Panel
Remove the left side panel.
b) Remove Hinge

c) Push Connection Plastic

REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE: Air - break
a) Remove Left Side Panel
Remove the left side panel of the machine.
b) Open Door
Open machine's door.
c) Remove Air-break Nut

d) Remove Connections
Remove the air-break's connections with the salt cap as shown in the picture. (Be careful about plastic hinges). [Image: Hands using pliers to disconnect components.]
REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE: Door Inside
a) Remove Side Panels
Remove side panels.
b) Remove Hinge Spring

c) Pull Door Inside

d) Remove Hinge Screws
Remove two screws that fix the hinge movement sheet iron to the door inside. [Image: A drill removing screws from the door hinge mechanism.]
KNOB REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove Control Panel
Remove control panel.
2. Remove PCB Box
Remove the PCB box.
3. Remove Knob Tabs
Remove the plastic tabs around the knob by flexing them.
REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE: Dispenser Removal
1. Remove Front Panel
Remove front panel.
2. Disconnect Cable Harness

3. Remove Metal Tabs

4. Dispenser Drops

5. Reassembly - Tighten Tabs
To assemble, tighten the metal tabs with pliers.
6. Engage Dispenser
After applying silicone oil or liquid soap to the dispenser, press down and engage dispenser. [Image: A hand pressing down on the dispenser to secure it.]
REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE: Door Lock
DOOR LOCK REMOVAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove Control Panel Screws

2. Disconnect Cable Connections

3. Remove Door Lock Screws
