Assembly Steps
Step 1
Attach plastic brackets to the main frame.
Take the main frame components. Attach 4x plastic brackets/feet (122620) to the designated points on the frame. A screw is shown securing the bracket to the frame.
Step 2
Insert dowels into side frames.
Take the side frame components. Insert 2x wooden dowels (101350) into the pre-drilled holes on each side frame piece.
Step 3
Attach back support slats.
Align the back support slats with the corresponding holes on the side frames. Arrows indicate the direction of insertion into the frame.
Step 4
Connect side frames to back supports.
Connect the two assembled side frame units to the back support structure. Ensure the wooden dowels align with the holes for a secure fit.
Step 5
Attach the seat frame.
Position the seat frame onto the assembled base structure. An arrow indicates the direction for attachment.
Step 6
Secure the chair frame.
Turn the chair upside down. Use the Allen key (10083377) to insert 2x medium screws (10042205) into the designated holes to secure the frame. ❗ Note: The diagram shows to use the medium screw (10042205) and not the long screw (128758) for this step.
Step 7
Attach seat base frame.
With the chair still upside down, use the Allen key (10083377) to insert 4x long screws (128758) into the designated holes to attach the seat base frame.
Step 8
Prepare for seat cushion attachment.
Carefully flip the chair upright onto a soft surface. Place the seat cushion support structure into the seat area. Arrows indicate upward placement.
Step 9
Secure the seat cushion support.
Use the provided small fasteners (122925) to secure the seat cushion support. Arrows indicate the insertion and tightening direction for the 4x fasteners.
