Assembly Instructions
Step 01: Attach Drawer Slides to Side Panels
Attach drawer slides (G) to the inner sides of the lower cabinet side panels (10, 11). Use screws (E) and cam locks (C1). Ensure the holes are precisely aligned to prevent misalignment. The screws on the drawer slides must be level to ensure smooth drawer operation.
Step 02: Continue Attaching Drawer Slides
Continue attaching drawer slides (G) to the inner sides of the lower cabinet side panels (10, 11) using screws (E) and cam locks (C1).
Step 03: Assemble Lower Cabinet Frame
Connect the lower cabinet side panels (10, 11) to the long support rails (12) and the bottom panel (13). Secure using cam locks (C2), screws (S), and wooden dowels (V).
Step 04: Attach Top Panel to Upper Frame
Attach the top panel (1) to the upper cabinet side panels (2, 3). Secure using cam locks (C1) and screws (Q).
Step 05: Assemble Lower Cabinet Base
Attach the bottom panel (13) to the lower cabinet side panels (10, 11). Secure using cam locks (C2), screws (A), and wooden dowels (V).
Step 06: Insert Back Panel (Lower Section)
Slide the thin back panel (22) into the grooves on the back of the lower cabinet assembly.
Step 07: Attach Middle Shelf and Support Rails
Attach the middle shelf (9) and the short support rail (20) to the upper cabinet side panels (2, 3). Secure using screws (B, D) and the metal bracket (T).
Step 08: Secure Middle Shelf
Secure the middle shelf (9) to the upper cabinet side panels (2, 3) using cam locks (C1).
Step 09: Prepare Drawer Sides
Attach drawer slides (C1) to the sides of the drawer panels (2, 3) using screws (E, N).
Step 10: Assemble Drawer Box
Assemble the drawer by connecting the drawer side panels (2, 3) to the drawer bottom panel (4) and the drawer back panel (5). Secure using cam locks (C2) and wooden dowels (V).
Step 11: Insert Drawer into Cabinet
Carefully insert the assembled drawer into the cabinet frame, aligning the drawer slides.
Step 12: Insert Back Panel (Upper Section)
Slide the thin back panel (6) into the grooves on the back of the upper cabinet assembly.
Step 13: Attach Top Panel to Main Structure
Attach the top panel (1) to the assembled cabinet structure. Use screws (A, C1, C2, V) and the metal bracket (T) for secure attachment.
Step 14: Secure Back Panel (Main Structure)
Secure the back panel (6) to the main cabinet frame using screws (P).
Step 15: Attach Drawer Slides to Drawer Fronts
Attach drawer slides (F) to the drawer front panels (4, 5) using screws (E, L). Note the adjustable buckles (L) which offer 3 optional adjustment positions.
Step 16: Insert Drawers
Insert the assembled drawers into the cabinet, ensuring they slide smoothly.
Step 17: Attach Hinges to Doors and Frame
Attach the hinge plates (H) and hinges (I, K, U) to the doors (7, 8, 15, 16) and the corresponding positions on the cabinet frame.
Step 18: Mount Doors
Mount the doors (7, 8, 15, 16) onto the cabinet frame by attaching them to the hinge plates.
Step 19: Assemble Lower Drawers
Assemble the lower drawers by connecting the drawer side panels (17, 18) to the drawer bottom panel (14) and drawer back panel (19). Secure using cam locks (C1, C2), screws (D), and wooden dowels (V). Attach the handles (J) to the drawer front panels (21).
Step 20: Insert Lower Drawers
Insert the assembled lower drawers into the cabinet, aligning them with the drawer slide runners (M).
Wall Mounting (Anti-Dumping Belt)
This product includes an anti-dumping belt designed to fix the product securely to the wall for added safety. It can be used or not, depending on your needs.
For Solid Walls: Use expansion screws and self-tapping screws.
For Wooden Walls: Use only self-tapping screws.
Important: Please do not overtighten the screws when attaching the belt to the wall or the furniture.
The anti-dumping belt (R) is shown in the diagram, typically attached to the top rear of the cabinet and then secured to the wall.
