Diagram Descriptions:

Figure 2 (Page 2): Terminal Layout Overview
This diagram illustrates the terminal blocks with labels such as NEUTRAL SUPPLY, FAN OUT, HEATER, VALVE, DRY CONTACT INPUTS, and TEMP SENSE. It also shows specific voltage and current ratings for different connections, including 10A, 16A, 10mA, and 20 kΩ impedance. Wire gauge and torque specifications are also indicated.

Figure 4 (Page 3): System Block Diagram
This is a detailed schematic showing the internal components of the DDFCUC010, including a microcontroller (μP), power supply regulation (24 VAC, 12V), and various input/output interfaces. It depicts connections to mains power (N, L), fan outputs (FAN H, M, L), heater outputs (HEAT I, O), valve controls (COLD VALVE, HOT VALVE), analog inputs (0-10V), digital inputs (DRY CONTACT INPUTS), and temperature sensing (TEMP SENSE). The RS-485 DyNet communication interface is also shown.

Figure 5 (Page 3): Installation Example
This diagram provides a visual example of how the DDFCUC010 is integrated into a typical HVAC system. It shows the controller connected to a fan unit, a heating element, and two control valves (one for cold, one for hot). Airflow arrows indicate the direction of air movement through the system. The diagram also illustrates the connection of external sensors and control signals to the controller's terminals.

Figure 6A & 6B (Page 4): RS-485 DyNet Connection
These figures detail the connection of the RS-485 DyNet communication cable. Figure 6A shows the internal wiring of a standard RJ12 connector, indicating which wires connect to which pins (SHLD, GND, D+, D-, +12V, N/C). Figure 6B illustrates the RJ12 connector being plugged into the controller's RJ12 port. Wire gauge and torque specifications for this connection are also noted.

Figure 7 (Page 4): RJ12 Connector Detail
This figure provides a close-up view of the RJ12 connector and its corresponding port on the controller, emphasizing the physical interface for the DyNet communication.

Figure 8 (Page 4): Terminal Block Wiring
This figure demonstrates the correct method for stripping wires and inserting them into the terminal blocks for secure connections. It shows the use of appropriate wire gauges and the process of making connections to terminals like DRY CONTACT INPUTS and TEMP SENSE.
