B1 Important Information
- B1-1: Tidy cords, hard or sharp objects (like nails and glass), and loose items from the ground. Move unstable, fragile, precious, or dangerous items to prevent personal injury or property damage from entanglement, impact, or the robot knocking them over.
- B1-2: When using the robot in a raised area (e.g., a duplex apartment), always use a physical security barrier to prevent accidental falls that may result in personal injury or property damage.
Notes:
- When using the robot for the first time, follow its entire cleaning route and observe for potential issues. The robot will learn to clean autonomously in subsequent uses.
- To prevent excessive dirt buildup on mop cloths, vacuum floors at least three times before the first mopping cycle.
B2 Assembly
- B2-1: Align and install the mop axles into the robot until you hear a click.
- B2-2: Click sound indicates proper installation.
B3 Positioning the Dock
Place the dock on a hard, flat floor (wood/tile/concrete) against a wall. Ensure clearance: at least 0.9 m (2.96 ft) height, 0.46 m (1.51 ft) width, and 1.2 m (3.94 ft) depth. Ensure good WiFi coverage for optimal app experience. Plug in the dock and confirm the status indicator light is on.
- B3-1: Minimum 1.2 m (3.94 ft) clearance above the dock.
- B3-2: Minimum 0.9 m (2.96 ft) clearance to the sides of the dock.
- B3-3: Minimum 0.46 m (1.51 ft) clearance in front of the dock.
Notes:
- If the power cord hangs vertically, the robot might catch it, moving or disconnecting the dock.
- The status indicator light is on when the dock is powered and off when the robot is charging.
- A red status indicator light signifies an error.
- Place the dock on a hard, flat floor away from fire, heat, and water. Avoid narrow spaces or locations where the robot might get stuck.
- Placing the dock on soft surfaces (carpet/mat) may cause tilting, affecting docking and departure.
- Keep the dock away from direct sunlight or anything that might block the dock location beacon, as this can prevent the robot from returning to the dock.
- Do not use the dock without the clean water tank, dirty water tank, dust container cover, disposable dust bag, or cleaning tray module installed.
- Maintain the dock as per Routine Maintenance. Do not clean the dock's power cord or charging contacts with a wet cloth or tissue.
- Docks undergo water-based tests before leaving the factory; a small amount of water in the waterway is normal.
