Samsung Galaxy Z Series and Galaxy Watch8 Series Pre-order Promotion - Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer of the Promotion

The organizer of the "Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 FE Smartphones, and Samsung Galaxy Watch8 Series and Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra Smartwatches Pre-order Promotion at the Samsung Student Webshop" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is Samsung Electronics Magyar Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság. The company's registered address is 1138 Budapest, Dunavirág u. 2. 7. em. The company registration number is 16-10-001767, and the tax identification number is 10276451-2-16. The Organizer informs participants that the general terms and conditions applicable to purchases made directly on the Organizer's own webshop, the Samsung Student Webshop (https://www.samsung.com/hu/multistore/diakkedvezmenyek_weboldalon), can be found at: https://www.samsung.com/hu/estore-gtc/.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Participation in the Promotion is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old, have a permanent or temporary residence in Hungary, and are legally competent. Participants must also meet the conditions specified in section 4.1 of these Terms and Conditions.

• Validly claim the offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") as specified in Annex 1 of these Terms and Conditions, which refers to the "Promotional Participating Products" or individually as a "Promotional Participating Product".
• Purchase through the Samsung Student Webshop, accessible at: https://www.samsung.com/hu/multistore/diakkedvezmenyek.

If a participant is a minor (18 years of age but legally restricted in capacity), they may only claim the offer with their legal representative, after verifying the legal representative's identity.

If a participant is legally incompetent and over 18 years of age, only their legal representative can act on their behalf, after verifying the legal representative's identity.

3. Subject of the Promotion

Within the framework of this Promotion, participants can avail the following offer:

• Participants can redeem one (1) offer within this Promotion, allowing them to purchase the Promotional Participating Products at a special introductory price (hereinafter referred to as the "Introductory Price"), subject to the terms and conditions specified in Annex 1 of these Terms and Conditions, while stocks last or until the promotion is withdrawn.

3.3. Combined Promotions

This Promotion is exclusively valid for purchases made through the Samsung Student Webshop. It can be combined with the promotion titled "SAMSUNG EXPERT DISCOUNT CODE FOR SAMSUNG GALAXY Z FOLD7, SAMSUNG GALAXY Z FLIP7, AND SAMSUNG GALAXY Z FLIP7 FE SMARTPHONES, AS WELL AS SAMSUNG GALAXY WATCH8 SERIES AND SAMSUNG GALAXY WATCH ULTRA SMARTWATCHES PROMOTION AT THE SAMSUNG WEBSHOP AND SAMSUNG SHOP APP". However, it cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers. The Organizer explicitly states that the Offer provided by this Promotion is exclusively valid for purchases made directly through the website operated by the Organizer at https://www.samsung.com/hu/multistore/diakkedvezmenyek_weboldalon. Purchases made through https://www.ses.hu, operated by Strong&Unique Kft., or https://www.sestore.hu, operated by BRAVOPHONE Kft., are not eligible for this promotion.

3.4. Non-Transferable Offer

The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

3.5. Withdrawal from Contract

The Organizer informs participants that if a participant withdraws from the contract for some of the Promotional Participating Products purchased under a promotional offer, and this withdrawal affects the eligibility for the introductory price based on quantity or total value, the Organizer will refund the corresponding portion of the purchase price as if the product was purchased at the original, non-discounted price. This applies if the withdrawal means the participant no longer meets the promotion's conditions under which the Organizer provided the discount.

4. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs from July 9, 2025, at 4:00 PM to July 24, 2025, at 11:59 PM, or while the Promotional Participating Products are available in the Samsung Student Webshop, or until the promotion is withdrawn (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotional Period").

The Organizer can only provide the Promotion during the Promotional Period or while the Promotional Participating Products are in stock in the Samsung Student Webshop.

5. Taxes and Costs

Any tax obligations related to the Offer will be borne by the Organizer. The Organizer has no further obligations beyond providing the Offer and settling its tax implications.

6. Personal Data

Information regarding the Organizer's general data processing activities and data processing related to purchases on the Samsung Student Webshop can be found at: https://www.samsung.com/hu/helyi-adatkezelesi-tajekoztato/. The Organizer informs participants that, in connection with this Promotion, the Organizer will not process any personal data beyond what is specified in the Samsung Webshop's Data Processing Policy.

7. Miscellaneous Provisions

• The Organizer is not responsible for any failure or delay in providing discounts due to reasons beyond the Organizer's control, nor for any damages incurred during the delivery of products.
• The Organizer reserves the right to modify the terms of the Promotion without justification, including the right to terminate the Promotion. Any modifications will be announced through the same channels as other Promotion communications, and all changes will be effective from the date of announcement. Participants will retain their rights acquired up to the date of modification. Participants are advised to carefully read these terms and conditions, including any potential modifications, before participating in the Promotion to stay informed about the terms. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
• The limitations and exclusions of liability stipulated in these Terms and Conditions apply to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
• The Organizer disclaims liability for any external SQL attacks targeting the Samsung Webshop or its operating server. In the event that participants receive erroneous system messages related to the promotion due to such attacks, the Organizer assumes no liability.
• The Organizer disclaims liability for malfunctions of the Samsung Webshop and the inability to redeem discounts due to reasons beyond its control. In such cases, the Organizer will promptly take all necessary measures to identify and resolve the cause of the malfunction.
• The Organizer reserves the right to immediately exclude any participant from the promotion if any form of computer manipulation, mass generation of email addresses, or any behavior inconsistent with or detrimental to the spirit of the Promotion is detected or suspected.
• The Organizer assumes no responsibility for data loss if a participant closes the browser window before completing the purchase, or if the connection to the server is interrupted for any reason.
• The Organizer shall not be liable for the erroneous announcement of the Promotion if it occurs due to reasons beyond its control and without its approval.
• Furthermore, the Organizer is not liable for any non-pecuniary, indirect, or consequential damages, costs, or expenses incurred by the participant or third parties in connection with or arising from these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profit, lost earnings, damage to commercial reputation, or claims from third parties.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by Hungarian law. Any legal disputes arising in connection with participation in the Promotion shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts.
• If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under Hungarian law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions. The Participant and the Organizer will make every reasonable effort to replace the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision with a valid, legal, and enforceable provision that most closely matches the intended effect of the severed provision.

If a participant purchases one of the Samsung Galaxy Z series smartphones or Samsung Galaxy Watch8 series and Watch Ultra smartwatches listed in the table below, available through the Samsung Student Webshop during the Pre-order Promotion Period, they can obtain them at the Introductory Price, while stocks last or until the promotion is withdrawn.
