Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7, Flip7, Watch8 Pre-order Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer of the Promotion

The organizer of the “SAMSUNG GALAXY Z FOLD7, SAMSUNG GALAXY Z FLIP7 AND SAMSUNG GALAXY Z FLIP7 FE SMARTPHONE, AS WELL AS SAMSUNG GALAXY WATCH8 SERIES AND SAMSUNG GALAXY WATCH ULTRA SMARTWATCH PRE-ORDER PROMOTION IN THE SAMSUNG WEBSTORE AND THE SAMSUNG SHOP APP” (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) is Samsung Electronics Magyar Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (branch and correspondence address: 1138 Budapest, Dunavirág u. 2. 7th floor; company registration number: 16-10-001767; tax number: 10276451-2-16; contact: https://www.samsung.com/hu/support/email/) (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

The Organizer informs Participants that the general terms and conditions found on the https://www.samsung.com/hu/estore-gtc website apply to purchases made directly through the Organizer's own webstore, i.e., the https://www.samsung.com/hu website, and through the Organizer's own Samsung Shop App.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Only natural persons who are at least 18 years of age, have a Hungarian place of residence or stay, and are legally competent (hereinafter referred to as “Participant”) can participate in the Promotion during the period specified in Section 4.1 of these Terms and Conditions, provided they meet the following criteria:

• They must utilize at least one of the discounts specified in Annex 1 of these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Discounts” or individually as “Discount”). The products eligible for the promotion are listed in Annex 1 of these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Promotional Products” or individually as “Promotional Product”).
• Purchases must be made through the Organizer's own webstore, i.e., the https://www.samsung.com/hu website, or through the Organizer's own Samsung Shop App (hereinafter referred to as “Shop App”).

If a Participant is a person aged 18 or over with limited legal capacity, they are only entitled to use the Discounts together with their legal representative, after verifying the legal representative's identity.

If a Participant is a legally incompetent person aged 18 or over, only their legal representative can act on their behalf, after verifying the legal representative's identity.

3. Subject of the Promotion

Within the framework of this Promotion, Participants can avail themselves of the following discounts:

• Participants are entitled to utilize nine (9) types of Discounts within the framework of this Promotion. Depending on the type of Discount, Participants may receive a price discount (hereinafter referred to as “Price Discount”), a bonus product (hereinafter referred to as “Bonus Product”), or loyalty points (hereinafter referred to as “Samsung Loyalty Points”), according to the conditions and period specified for each Discount in Annex 1.
• The Price Discount, determined as a percentage, will always be deducted from the end-user price of the Promotional Product.
• The Promotion is exclusively valid for purchases made through the Samsung Webstore and the Shop App. It can be combined with other promotions, price discounts, and other campaigns. The Organizer explicitly states that the Discounts provided by this Promotion are exclusively valid for purchases made directly through the website operated by the Organizer (https://www.samsung.com/hu) and the Shop App. Therefore, stores operated by Strong&Unique Kft. (https://www.ses.hu) and BRAVOPHONE Kft. (https://www.sestore.hu) are not included in this Promotion.
• Within the framework of this Promotion, Discounts can be combined, and a Participant is entitled to utilize a maximum of ten (10) Discounts in total during the Promotion Period.
• Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• The Organizer explicitly informs Participants that if a Participant purchases a Promotional Product or Products under a promotional offer where they received one or more Bonus Products free of charge with the purchase, then cancellation of the contract also extends to the free Bonus Product(s). In such cases, the Participant is obliged to return the free Bonus Product(s) to the Organizer, provided that as a result of the contract cancellation, the Participant's purchase no longer meets the promotional conditions under which the Organizer undertook to provide the Bonus Product(s) free of charge.
• The Organizer explicitly informs Participants that if a Participant purchases a Promotional Product or Products under a promotional offer where, based on the quantity or total value of the purchased Promotional Product(s), they purchased a Promotional Product at a discounted price, and the Participant cancels the contract for some of the Promotional Products, the Organizer will refund the corresponding portion of the price paid by the Participant as if the Participant had purchased the Promotional Products at the original price without the discount, provided that as a result of the cancellation, the Participant's purchase no longer meets the promotional conditions under which the Organizer undertook to provide the discount.

4. Promotion Period

• The Promotion runs from July 9, 2025, 4:00 PM to July 24, 2025, 11:59 PM, or until the stock of Promotional Products and Bonus Products lasts, or until withdrawn (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).
• The Organizer can only provide the Promotion during the Promotion Period, or until the stock of Promotional Products and Bonus Products is available in the Samsung Webstore and the Organizer's own Samsung Shop App.

5. Taxation, Costs

Any tax liability related to the Discounts shall be borne by the Organizer. The Organizer has no further obligations beyond providing the Discounts and settling their tax implications.

6. Personal Data

• Information about the Organizer's general data processing activities, and data processing activities related to purchases made through the Samsung Webstore and the Shop App, can be found at the following link: https://www.samsung.com/hu/helyi-adatkezelesi-tajekoztato/.
• The Organizer informs Participants that in connection with this Promotion, the Organizer does not process any personal data beyond what is specified in the Data Processing Notices for the Samsung Webstore and the Shop App.

7. Miscellaneous Provisions

• The Organizer is not responsible for any failure or delay in providing the Discounts due to reasons beyond the Organizer's control, nor for any damage incurred during delivery.
• The Organizer reserves the right to modify the terms of the Promotion without justification, including terminating the Promotion. The Organizer will publish information regarding such modifications in the same manner as other announcements related to the Promotion, and any modifications will be effective from the date of notification. After the modification, Participants can fully exercise their rights acquired up to the date of modification. Before participating in the Promotion, please carefully read these terms and conditions, paying particular attention to any modifications, to ensure you are always aware of the Promotion's terms. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary. The limitations and exclusions of liability related to the Promotion apply to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
• The Organizer excludes its liability for any external, so-called SQL attacks on the Samsung Webstore, the Shop App, or the server operating them. Therefore, if Participants receive erroneous system messages related to the promotion due to an attack on the Samsung Webstore, Shop App, or server, the Organizer assumes no liability for such cases.
• The Organizer excludes its liability for malfunctions of the Samsung Webstore, the Shop App, and the ability to use the Discounts due to reasons beyond its control, during which the website is not available or is limited in its use. However, the Organizer will take all necessary measures without delay to identify and rectify the cause of the error.
• The Organizer reserves the right to immediately exclude any Participant from the promotion if any (computerized) manipulation, mass generation of email addresses, or behavior that is inconsistent with or violates the spirit of the Promotion is detected or reasonably suspected.
• If a Participant closes the browser window before finalizing the purchase, or if the connection is interrupted (for any reason) with the serving website, the Organizer is not responsible for the loss of data.
• The Organizer cannot be held responsible for the erroneous announcement of the Promotion if it occurs due to reasons not attributable to the Organizer and without its approval.
• In addition to the above, the Organizer is not liable for any non-pecuniary, indirect, or consequential damages, costs, or expenses incurred by the Participant or third parties in connection with or arising from these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to data loss, loss of revenue, loss of profit, lost earnings, damage to commercial reputation, or claims from third parties.
• Hungarian laws govern these Terms and Conditions, and any legal disputes arising in connection with participation in the Promotion shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Hungarian courts.
• If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under Hungarian law, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be separated from these Terms and Conditions. The Participant and the Organizer will make every reasonable effort to replace the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable (separated) provision with a valid, legal, and enforceable provision that most closely matches the intended legal effect of the separated provision.

Annex 1

1. Discount

If the Participant purchases one of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7, and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 FE smartphones available in the Samsung Webstore and the Organizer's own Samsung Shop App during the first 72 hours of the Pre-order Promotion Period, they are entitled to a Samsung SmartTag2 as a Bonus Product, subject to the availability of the Promotional Bonus Product or until withdrawal.

2. Discount

If the Participant simultaneously purchases 1 (one) smartphone from the Samsung Galaxy Z series and 1 (one) smartwatch from the Samsung Galaxy Watch7, Watch8, Watch8 Classic, or Watch Ultra series, available in the Samsung Webstore and the Samsung Shop App during the Pre-order Promotion Period, they are entitled to a 10% (ten percent) Price Discount on the end-user price of the smartwatch, subject to the availability of the Promotional Products or until withdrawal.

The Organizer would like to draw the Participant's attention to the fact that if the Participant purchases more than 1 (one) Galaxy Watch7, Watch8, Watch8 Classic, or Watch Ultra smartwatch under the conditions indicated above, the discount will be applied to the highest priced Promotional Product.

3. Discount

If the Participant simultaneously purchases 1 (one) smartphone from the Samsung Galaxy Z series and 1 (one) pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds3 or Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro wireless earbuds, available in the Samsung Webstore and the Samsung Shop App during the Pre-order Promotion Period, they are entitled to a 15% (fifteen percent) Price Discount on the end-user price of the wireless earbuds, subject to the availability of the Promotional Products or until withdrawal.

The Organizer would like to draw the Participant's attention to the fact that if the Participant purchases more than 1 (one) pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds3 or Buds3 Pro wireless earbuds under the conditions indicated above, the discount will be applied to the highest priced Promotional Product.

4. Discount

If the Participant simultaneously purchases 1 (one) smartphone from the Samsung Galaxy Z series and 1 (one) Samsung Galaxy Ring smartwatch, available in the Samsung Webstore and the Samsung Shop App during the Pre-order Promotion Period, they are entitled to a 20% (twenty percent) Price Discount on the end-user price of the smartwatch, subject to the availability of the Promotional Products or until withdrawal.

5. Discount

If the Participant simultaneously purchases 1 (one) smartphone from the Samsung Galaxy Z series or 1 (one) Samsung Galaxy Watch8, Watch8 Classic, or Watch Ultra smartwatch, and 1 (one) accessory from the Samsung Galaxy Z series or Samsung Galaxy Watch8, Watch8 Classic, and Watch Ultra accessories, available in the Samsung Webstore and the Samsung Shop App during the Pre-order Promotion Period, they are entitled to a 30% (thirty percent) Price Discount on the end-user price of the accessory, subject to the availability of the Promotional Products or until withdrawal.

6. Discount

If the Participant purchases one of the Samsung Galaxy Watch8, Watch8 Classic, and Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra smartwatches specified in the table below, available in the Samsung Webstore and the Organizer's own Samsung Shop App during the Pre-order Promotion Period, they are entitled to a Samsung Galaxy Watch8, Watch8 Classic, or Watch Ultra watch strap as a Bonus Product, subject to the availability of the Promotional Bonus Product or until withdrawal.

7. Discount

If the Participant purchases one of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7, and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 FE smartphones available in the Samsung Webstore and the Organizer's own Samsung Shop App during the Pre-order Promotion Period, they can purchase the selected Promotional Product at the end-user price of a Samsung Galaxy Z series smartphone of the same type with lower storage capacity, subject to availability or until withdrawal.

8. Discount

If the Participant purchases the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 (1 TB) smartphone specified in the table below, available in the Samsung Webstore and the Samsung Shop App during the Pre-order Promotion Period, they are entitled to a Price Discount on the end-user price of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7, subject to the availability of the Promotional Product or until withdrawal.

9. Discount

If the Participant logs into their Samsung Account through the Samsung Webstore or the Organizer's own Samsung Shop App and joins the Organizer's Loyalty Program during the Pre-order Promotion Period, they will be entitled to receive additional extra Samsung Loyalty Points on top of the basic Samsung Loyalty Points for purchasing Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7, and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 FE smartphones in the Samsung Webstore and the Organizer's own Samsung Shop App, as detailed in the table below, subject to the availability of the Promotional Products or until withdrawal.
