Promotion Organizer

The promotion is organized by Samsung Electronics Magyar Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság. The organizer's registered office and correspondence address is 1138 Budapest, Dunavirág u. 2. 7. em. Purchases made directly on the Samsung Business Webshop (https://www.samsung.com/hu/business/) are subject to the general terms and conditions available at https://www.samsung.com/hu/business/estore-gtc/#privacy.

Eligibility Requirements

Participation in the promotion is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have a registered address or place of residence in Hungary. Participants must also meet the conditions specified in section 4.1 of these terms and conditions.

Eligible participants must:

• Avail at least one of the benefits (hereinafter: "Benefits") specified in Annex 1 of these terms and conditions, for the products designated as "Promotional Participating Products" or individually as "Promotional Participating Product".
• Make purchases through the Samsung Business Webshop, accessible at https://www.samsung.com/hu/business/.

If a participant is a minor (under 18 years of age) but has limited legal capacity, they may only participate with their legal representative, after the legal representative's identity has been verified.

If a participant is under 18 years of age and has full legal capacity, their legal representative must act on their behalf, after the legal representative's identity has been verified.

Subject of the Promotion

The promotion offers the following benefits to participants:

• Participants can claim up to two (2) Benefits during the promotion. This may include receiving a "Bonus Product" under the conditions and during the period specified in these terms and conditions.

Percentage discounts are always deducted from the end-user price of the Promotional Participating Product.

The promotion is exclusively valid for purchases made on the Samsung Business Webshop. It cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers. The organizer explicitly states that the Benefits provided by this promotion are only valid for purchases made directly on the Samsung Business Webshop operated by the organizer (https://www.samsung.com/hu/business/). Purchases made through webshops operated by Strong&Unique Kft. (https://www.ses.hu) or BRAVOPHONE Kft. (https://www.sestore.hu) are not included.

Benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

The organizer explicitly informs participants that if they purchase a Promotional Participating Product or Products under a promotional offer and receive one or more Bonus Products free of charge, any withdrawal from the contract will also apply to the free Bonus Product(s). Participants must return the free Bonus Product(s) to the organizer if their purchase no longer meets the promotion's conditions under which the organizer provided the Bonus Product(s) free of charge.

The organizer explicitly informs participants that if they purchase a Promotional Participating Product or Products under a promotional offer and receive a Promotional Participating Product at a discounted price based on the quantity or total value of the purchased Promotional Participating Product(s), and the participant withdraws from the contract for some of the Promotional Participating Products, the organizer will refund the amount paid by the participant as if the participant had purchased the Promotional Participating Products at the original price without the discount, provided that the participant's purchase no longer meets the promotion's conditions under which the organizer provided the discount due to the withdrawal.

Promotion Period

The promotion runs from July 9, 2025, at 4:00 PM until July 24, 2025, at 11:59 PM, or while stocks of Promotional Participating Products or Bonus Products last in the Samsung Business Webshop, or until withdrawn (hereinafter the "Promotional Period").

The organizer can only provide the promotion during the Promotional Period, or while stocks of Promotional Participating Products or Bonus Products are available in the Samsung Business Webshop.

Taxes and Costs

Any tax obligations related to the Benefits are borne by the organizer. The organizer has no further obligations beyond providing the Benefits and settling their tax implications.

Personal Data

Participants can find information about the organizer's general data processing activities and data processing related to purchases on the Samsung Business Webshop at: https://www.samsung.com/hu/helyi-adatkezelesi-tajekoztato/. The organizer informs participants that, in addition to the data specified in the Samsung Webshop Data Processing Notice, no further personal data will be processed in connection with this promotion.

Miscellaneous Provisions

The organizer is not responsible for any failure or delay in providing the Benefits, or for any damages incurred during the delivery, if such events are beyond the organizer's control.

The organizer reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion without prior notice, including the right to terminate the promotion. Any modifications will be published and will take effect from the date of publication. Participants can exercise their rights acquired up to the date of modification in full. Participants are advised to carefully read the terms and conditions before participating in the promotion to be aware of any changes. Participation in the promotion is voluntary. The limitations of liability and exclusions of liability related to the promotion apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The organizer disclaims liability for any external SQL attacks on the Samsung Webshop or its operating server. In cases where participants receive erroneous system messages related to the promotion due to attacks on the Samsung Webshop or its server, the organizer assumes no liability.

The organizer disclaims liability for malfunctions of the Samsung Webshop and the Benefits' usability due to reasons beyond its control, during which the website may be unavailable or have limited access. However, the organizer will take all necessary measures to promptly identify and resolve the cause of the malfunction.

The organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant from the promotion with immediate effect if any (computerized) manipulation, mass generation of email addresses, or any behavior inconsistent with or detrimental to the spirit of the promotion is detected or reasonably suspected.

If a participant closes the browser window before completing the purchase, or if the connection to the hosting web server is interrupted for any reason, the organizer assumes no liability for the loss of data.

The organizer cannot be held responsible for the erroneous announcement of the promotion if it occurs due to reasons beyond its control and without its approval.

Furthermore, the organizer is not liable for any non-pecuniary, indirect, or consequential damages, costs, or expenses incurred by the participant or third parties in connection with or arising from these terms and conditions, including but not limited to data loss, loss of revenue, loss of profit, lost earnings, damage to commercial reputation, or claims from third parties.

These terms and conditions are governed by Hungarian law. Any legal disputes arising in connection with participation in the promotion shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of Hungarian courts.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under Hungarian law, the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect. The participant and the organizer will make every reasonable effort to replace the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision (while it remains invalid, illegal, or unenforceable) with a valid, lawful, and enforceable provision that most closely achieves the intended legal effect of the replaced provision.
