Assembly Steps
Step 1: Prepare Main Panels
Attach cam bolts (e.g., 10047245) and dowels (e.g., 101345) to the main side and base panels as shown in the diagrams. Approximately 15x cam bolts and 4x dowels per panel.
Step 2: Assemble Base and Sides

Step 3: Attach Drawer Runners
Install drawer runners (labeled CL and CR) onto the side panels using screws (e.g., 10047245). Ensure correct orientation.
Step 4: Attach Wall Mounting Brackets
Attach the wall mounting brackets (e.g., 158701) to the top rear edge of the side panels using screws (e.g., 151931). Two brackets are used, one on each side.
Step 5: Attach Back Panel Supports
Slide or attach the horizontal back panel support pieces into their designated slots or grooves on the side panels. This often involves inserting dowels or using small screws.
Step 6: Assemble Top Section
Attach the top panel to the assembled frame. This may involve dowels and cam locks.
Step 7: Attach Legs
Attach the legs (part 10095994) to the underside of the base panel using screws (e.g., 10114407) and potentially cam bolts (e.g., 10003283) and cam locks (e.g., 100001). Four legs are attached.
Step 8: Install Back Panels
Slide the thin back panels into the grooves on the rear of the unit. Ensure they are fully seated.

Step 10: Install Internal Dividers/Shelves
Insert internal shelf supports or dividers. This may involve dowels (e.g., 118740) and screws (e.g., 105251).
Step 11: Attach Drawer Slides (Internal)
Attach the corresponding drawer slides (e.g., DL, DR) to the sides of the main cabinet interior using screws.
Step 12: Assemble Drawers
Assemble the drawer boxes. This typically involves connecting drawer sides, front, and back panels using dowels, screws, and cam locks. The base of the drawer slides into grooves.
Repeat for all 5 drawers.
Step 13: Attach Drawer Fronts
Attach the drawer fronts to the assembled drawer boxes. This usually involves screws from the inside of the drawer box into the drawer front.
Step 14: Attach Drawer Handles/Knobs
Attach the drawer handles or knobs to the drawer fronts using the provided screws.
Step 15: Insert Drawers
Carefully slide the assembled drawers into the cabinet, aligning them with the drawer runners. They should click into place.
Step 16: Final Check and Wall Mounting
Ensure all parts are securely fastened. Use a level to check if the unit is straight. Attach the anti-tip device to the wall as per the instructions on page 20 and 21, securing the furniture to the wall to prevent tip-over.
