Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tip-over.
ALWAYS secure this furniture to the wall using the provided tip-over restraints.
To further reduce the risk of serious injury and death from tip-overs:
- Place heaviest items in the lower drawer.
- Never let children climb or hang on drawers, doors, or shelves.
Tools and Hardware
Tools Required:
- Screwdriver (Phillips head)
- Screwdriver (Flathead)
- Hammer
- Pencil
- Drill
- Wrench
Hardware Included:
Various screws, dowels, plugs, brackets, and other fasteners are provided. Refer to the diagrams for specific quantities and types used in each step. Ensure you use appropriate hardware for your wall type.
Wall Mounting Hardware Guide:
Type A (Solid Wall): Use screws (Ø 8 mm / 5/16") directly or with plugs.
Type B (Hollow Wall): Use screws (Ø 8 mm / 5/16") with appropriate plugs.
Type C (Solid Wood): Use screws (Ø 8 mm / 5/16") without plugs.
Drill Bit Sizes: Ø 8 mm (5/16") for Type A/B, Ø 3 mm (1/8") for pilot holes in wood.
Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Base Panels
Attach supports to the base panels using 15x screws (10047245) and 15x dowels (10115683).
Step 2: Assemble Drawer Runners
Attach drawer runners (CL) to the side panels. Use 5x CL runners.
Step 3: Attach Back Support
Connect the back support pieces using 2x screws (10047244) and 2x dowels (10040242).
Step 4: Prepare for Wall Mounting
Attach wall mounting bracket components. Use 2x screws (151931) and 2x brackets (158701).
Step 5: Assemble Drawer Sides
Connect drawer sides to front/back panels using dowels (101345) and screws. Repeat for all drawers.
Step 6: Attach Main Frame Sides
Connect the main frame side panels.
Step 7: Insert Dowels
Insert dowels (118740) into the prepared panels. Use 2x dowels.
Step 8: Attach Top Panel
Place the top panel onto the frame.
Step 9: Secure Top Panel
Secure the top panel with 2x screws (105251) using tool (100001).
Step 10: Insert Dowels for Top Panels
Insert dowels (118740) into the top panels. Use 2x dowels.
Step 11: Slide in Internal Dividers
Insert the internal divider panels into their designated slots.
Step 12: Attach Drawer Support Rails
Attach the drawer support rails to the inside of the frame using 6x screws (105251).
Step 13: Assemble Base Frame
Assemble the base frame with legs using 4x screws (10003283) and tool (100001).
Step 14: Attach Main Frame to Base
Connect the main furniture frame to the assembled base.
Step 15: Secure Main Frame to Base
Secure the main frame to the base using 4x screws (10121698) and 4x nuts/washers (10114605).
Step 16: Attach Top Support Brackets
Attach the top support brackets using 4x screws (10075382).
Step 17: Place Top Shelf
Position the top shelf onto the unit.
Step 18: Level the Unit
Adjust the feet to ensure the unit is level and stable.
Step 19: Attach Drawer Slides to Unit
Attach the drawer slides to the inside of the main unit. Use 2x slides.
Step 20: Insert Drawer Boxes
Slide the assembled drawer boxes into the unit.
Step 21: Final Wall Mounting
Secure the unit to the wall using the provided wall mounting hardware. Ensure it is firmly attached.
Step 22: Drawer Assembly (Repeat for 5 Drawers)
Assemble the drawer boxes by connecting the sides, front, and back panels. Use the provided fasteners.
Step 23: Attach Drawer Bottom
Slide the drawer bottom panel into the grooves and secure it.
Step 24: Attach Drawer Side Runners
Attach the drawer side runners to the assembled drawer boxes.
Step 25: Attach Drawer Front Panel
Connect the drawer front panel to the drawer box.
Step 26: Attach Drawer Handles
Attach the drawer handles using the provided screws.
Step 27: Final Drawer Insertion
Carefully insert the assembled drawers into the unit.
Final Check and Drawer Use
ℹ️ Important: Ensure the unit is stable and all connections are secure. ⚠️ Be cautious when opening drawers; do not pull them out too far as they may tip. Ensure children do not climb on the furniture.
