551585-LT-3 LT Heavy Duty Truck GM R4 A/C Compressor Bracket Kit
This document provides installation instructions for the ICT Billet 551585-LT-3 A/C compressor bracket kit designed for LT Heavy Duty Trucks equipped with a GM R4 A/C compressor.
The kit includes USA-made materials, spacers, pulleys, and tensioners.

Step 1: Mount Rear Bracket
This step involves mounting the rear bracket to the engine block. Ensure the water pump is removed prior to this installation.
Components used: Rear Bracket, M10 x 25mm bolt.
Step 2: Mount Front Bracket
Install the front bracket. This requires M8 x 140mm bolts with washers and 3 pieces of 4.40" spacers.
Components used: Front Bracket, 3pcs M8 x 140mm bolts with washers, 3pcs 4.40" spacers.
Step 3: Attach Compressor
Mount the GM R4 A/C compressor. This step utilizes 3 pieces of M10 x 150mm bolts, 3 pieces of M10 nuts, and 3 pieces of 1.34" spacers.
Components used: GM R4 A/C Compressor, 3pcs M10 x 150mm bolts, 3pcs M10 nuts, 3pcs 1.34" spacers.
Step 4: Install Tensioner Assembly
Assemble the tensioner mechanism. This includes the ribbed pulley, a .475" step spacer, a thick washer, and M10 hardware.
Components used: Tensioner, Ribbed Pulley, .475" Step Spacer, Thick Washer, M10 x 170mm bolt, M10 nut.
