Installation Steps

Step 1: Alternator & Power Steering Bracket Assembly

This step is optional and only required if using the factory AC compressor.

Components shown:

• Alternator
• M10 x 100MM bolts
• M8 x 100MM bolts
• 2.18" SPACER x2
• 1.20" SPACERS x3
• Rear Bracket
• M10 x 60MM FLAT HEAD bolt

Refer to Diagram 1 for visual guidance.

Step 2: Power Steering Pump Mounting

Mount the power steering pump using the provided hardware.

Components shown:

• Power Steering Pump
• Front Bracket
• M10 NUT
• .475" STEPPED SPACER
• SMOOTH PULLEY
• M8 x 25MM bolt
• M10 x 50MM bolt & THICK WASHER

Step 3: Alternator Mounting (Continued)

Continue with the alternator mounting process.

Components shown:

• Alternator
• 4.35" SPACER x2
• M10 x 180MM bolts
• M8 NUT
• 2.10" SPACER X2
• M8 x 140MM bolts
• M10 x 180MM bolts

Step 4: Final Alternator & Power Steering Kit Assembly

Complete the assembly of the alternator and power steering kit.

Components shown:

• Alternator
• M10 x 140MM bolts
• M10 x 50MM & THICK WASHER
• SMOOTH PULLEY
• POWER STEERING PUMP PULLEY
• 2.36" SPACER x2
• M10 NUT

Step 5: Alternator and Power Steering Pump Alignment

Ensure proper alignment of the alternator and power steering pump.

• M10 x 130MM bolts
• M10 x 140MM bolts
• M10 NUT

Step 6: Belt Tensioning and Final Check

Adjust belt tension and perform a final check of all components.
