Installation Steps

Step 1: Prepare Brackets

The support bracket is packaged separately. Attach the front bracket using M10 x 30mm bolts.

Components: Front Bracket, M10 x 30mm Bolts (x2)

Step 2: Mount Compressor

Mount the Sanden 7176 compressor (ACC503) using M8 x 50mm bolts and an M8 nut. Ensure the 0.50" small diameter spacer is correctly positioned.

Components: 7176 Compressor, M8 x 50mm Bolts (x2), M8 Nut, 0.50" Spacer

Step 3: Attach Rear Bracket and Spacers

Attach the rear bracket using M8 x 20mm bolts and M10 x 90mm bolts. Install the 2.59" spacer and 0.82" spacer as shown. Leave two bolts loose on the rear bracket until the tensioner is installed, then tighten 3/4 turn.

Step 4: Install Tensioner

Mount the LS Gen 3 A/C tensioner using M10 x 25mm bolts and an M10 nut. Use the 2.05" spacer. This kit uses the 378K4 (37.8" 4-Rib) Belt.
