Parts Overview and Installation Steps:

Step 1: Rear Bracket Installation

Attach the Rear Bracket using M10 x 25MM bolts.

Step 2: Front Bracket and Pulley Assembly

Install the Front Bracket. Attach the Smooth Pulley with an M10 x 120MM bolt and an M10 Thick Washer. Use 2pcs 2.33" Spacers and a .51" Stepped Spacer as shown.

Step 3: Alternator Mounting

For some applications, the Alternator Charging Post Kit 551900 may be required. Mount the Alternator using 2pcs 2.33" Spacers.

Step 4: Supplemental Bolts

Use provided supplemental bolts when relocation of the idler is necessary.

• LS TRUCK: (1ea - M10 x 80MM)
• LS1 CAMARO: (1ea - M10 x 60MM)
• LS3 CAMARO: (1ea - M10 x 40MM)

Water Pump Spacers & Bolts:

• LS TRUCK: 2.33" (1ea - M10 x 80MM & 1ea - M10 x 120MM)
• LS1 CAMARO: 1.61" (1ea - M10 x 60MM & 1ea - M10 x 100MM)
• LS3 CAMARO: 0.83" (1ea - M10 x 40MM & 1ea - M10 x 80MM)
