Assembly and Operation

This unit comes fully assembled.

1. Place the lamp base (A) on a stable surface.
2. Connect the AC adapter input (E) to the connector (F) located on the rear-bottom of the lamp.
3. Plug the AC adapter (D) into a standard 120V AC household outlet. Use only the supplied AC adapter.
4. Turn the lamp ON/OFF using the touch-sensitive power switch (B) located on the top of the base (A).
5. To turn the lamp ON, briefly touch the switch (B).
6. To turn the lamp OFF, briefly touch the switch (B) again.
7. To adjust brightness: Briefly touch the switch (B) to turn the lamp ON. Then, continuously press and hold the switch (B) to dim the light to your desired level. Release the switch to set the brightness. To return to the original brightness, continuously press and hold the switch again.
8. The lamp will retain the last brightness setting used if it was not disconnected from the adapter.
9. To position the lamp head, bend the flexible neck (G) as needed. Hold the lamp base (A) while adjusting the lamp.

Safety Warnings

• Turn the lamp OFF and allow the lamp head (C) and adapter (D) to cool before handling.
• The lamp head (C) may become hot after extended use. Do not place hands directly on or block the vent (H) on the lamp head.
• Do not use with extension cords unless the plug can be fully inserted into the receptacles.
• Do not alter the plug.
• The lamp head is not user-replaceable.
• Important safety instructions are not exhaustive and common sense, caution, and care should be used with any electrical product.

This equipment complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. If interference occurs, try:

• Reorienting or relocating the receiving antenna.
• Increasing the separation between the equipment and receiver.
• Connecting the equipment to an outlet on a circuit different from that of the receiver.
• Consulting the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician.
