Costway HW67190 7-Piece Sofa Set User Manual and Assembly Guide
This document provides comprehensive instructions for assembling and maintaining the Costway HW67190 7-piece sofa set.
Before You Start
Read each step carefully before starting assembly. It is crucial to follow the steps in the correct order to avoid assembly difficulties. Most board parts are labeled or stamped on their raw edges. Please check to ensure all parts are included. Work in a spacious area, preferably on a carpet near where the unit will be used. Keep hand tools readily available. Do not use power tools for assembly, as they may scratch or damage the parts.
Important Notice: Tighten screws to 50% before fixing all screws. An Allen wrench is recommended over an electric drill. Place the item on flat ground to adjust and ensure stability. Gradually tighten all screws with tools. If screws do not align with holes during assembly, loosen all other screws to 50% and continue. If the item is unstable, loosen all screws, adjust on flat ground, and retighten all screws. Note that if some screws are fully tightened early, others may not align. All holes are designed to be larger to allow for adjustment.

Care and Maintenance
To maintain your furniture, use a soft, clean cloth that will not scratch the surface when dusting. Furniture polish is not necessary; if used, test first in an inconspicuous area. Avoid using solvents of any kind, as they may damage the finish. Never use water for cleaning, as it may cause finish damage. Remove liquid spills immediately by gently blotting with a soft, clean cloth; avoid rubbing.
Periodically check bolts and screws and tighten them if necessary. Protect your outdoor furniture with a cover when not in use, as prolonged sunlight exposure can cause surface damage. Wood and metal frames can also suffer from extreme temperatures and humidity. Proper home care and cleaning will extend the life of your purchase and enhance its appearance as it ages.
