Product Overview
The Information Module enables the display of information (e.g., house numbers) and can be visually personalized using the Gira labeling service available at www.beschriftung.gira.de.
The purpose of the Blind Module is to reserve space for future use, such as additional equipment with a camera module. Furthermore, it serves as a design element in the implementation of large-scale entrance stations within the system design.
[i] Module Installation
The following work steps can be found in the installation manual for the 1- to 5-part flush-mounted housing for System 106, or the 1- to 5-part cover, as follows:
- Secure the module to the functional bracket.
- Connect the connection cable.
- Attach the terminating resistors.
Terminating Resistor
Two terminating resistors are always included with the 2-part flush-mounted housing.
The terminating resistors are always connected to the first and last module on the system cable.
