  • Please connect with the Da Fit APP and configure personal information to synchronize the time before use. Refer to the subsequent synchronization software instructions for more details.

APP Connection and Setup

Compatibility:

  • Android Phones: Supports OS 5.0 and above
  • iPhones: Supports OS 9.0 and above

Da Fit App QR Code: Scan the QR code to download the Da Fit application.

1. Download and APP Connection:

  • For Apple Phone Users: If your iPhone is in standby or hibernation for a long period (e.g., 2 hours or more) with a black screen, the Da Fit app may be cleared by the iOS system. This can disconnect the app and the watch. To reconnect, simply reopen the watch, and it should connect automatically.
  • For Android Phone Users: After installing the Da Fit APP on your Android phone, you must enable background app launch permissions in your phone's settings. The exact method may differ depending on your smartphone model.

2. Connecting the APP and Watch:

  • Open the Da Fit app and configure your personal information, such as 'Height', 'Weight', 'Year of Birth', etc.
  • For Android Mobile Phones: After configuring your information, navigate to the home page, click 'ADD Device', and then select the correct model icon you purchased.
  • The app will automatically return to the home page after a successful connection. Click the device icon to view the connection status, device model, battery level, and address.
  • If pairing fails when scanning the QR code, check if the watch and phone are already connected to other devices. If so, unpair the previous connection on your phone before attempting a new one.

APP Settings

(Functions are available after successful connection)

  • Watch Faces: On the smartwatch, long-press the watch face and swipe left or right to select your preferred dial, then click to save.
  • Notifications: Enable notification reminders. You can select specific apps to push notifications from, or choose to receive all information.
  • Alarms: Set up to three default alarms.
  • Shutter: Use the watch as a remote camera shutter for your phone. For Android, click the shutter function in the app, and the watch will display a camera icon; click it to take a photo. For iPhones, click 'Shutter' in the app, then open the camera app manually on your phone and click the watch to take a photo.
  • Others:
    • Find Device: Click 'Find Device' to make the watch vibrate and locate it.
    • Time Formats: Set the time format to 12-hour or 24-hour. The watch time will synchronize with the selected format.
    • Do Not Disturb: Configure 'Do Not Disturb' mode to prevent receiving notifications during specific times.
    • Move Reminder: This sedentary reminder is active from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
    • Language: Choose your preferred language from the available options.
    • Quick View: Turn on the feature to display the time by raising your wrist. You can set an effective duration for this feature.
    • Weather: Enable or disable the weather function. You can manually set a city or use automatic positioning (requires location permission). Weather information updates every 2 hours.
  • Update: Update the watch firmware when a new version is detected on the server.
  • Remove: Unpair your watch from the phone. For Apple iOS, go to 'Settings' > 'Bluetooth' and 'Forget This Device' to completely unpair.

Main Functions

Basic Operations

  • Power On: When the watch is off, press and hold the side button for 3 seconds. In standby mode, briefly press the side button to wake it up.
  • Power Off: When the watch is on, press and hold the side button for 3 seconds to turn it off.
  • View Device Information: On the watch face, swipe right to left to access other functional interfaces. Swipe bottom to top to enter the next page. In the last column, you can view the Bluetooth name, device type, and device address.

Activity Tracking

  • Steps: View step count, distance, and calories on both the watch and the Da Fit APP. Sports data syncs automatically (or manually) when the watch is paired with the APP.
  • Sleep Monitor: The default sleep monitoring time is from 8:00 PM to 10:00 AM. For accurate data, wear the watch normally. If you go to bed late or only wear it while sleeping, data may be inaccurate. Sleep data may not be generated if you go to bed during the day, as the default sleep time is set between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
  • Heart Rate Monitor: When heart rate data is empty, it displays '000Bpm'. Navigate to the heart rate icon and press the touch key for over 2 seconds to start the test. Data is displayed directly after the test. It measures continuously for 30 seconds and saves the latest data. If you exit the current page during measurement, the test value will not be recorded. Ensure the watch is snug but not too tight on your wrist, as this can affect blood flow and sensor accuracy.
  • Training:
    • Activities: Includes Walking, Running, Cycling, Jumping Rope, Badminton, Basketball, Football.
    • Start Training: Select the corresponding training icon and click to enter the exercise mode. Data such as steps, distance, calories, heart rate, and duration will be visible. Swipe left to right on the exercise data page to pause or exit training mode.
    • Data Sync: Activity data can only be viewed in the APP after syncing. Data after exercise is not visible on the watch.
    • Data Saving Rules: Exercise data is saved if the exercise time is over 2 minutes OR if heart rate data was recorded during the exercise. At least one of these conditions must be met.
  • Blood Pressure: (Function available)
  • Blood Oxygen: (Function available)
  • Weather: (Function available, see APP Settings)
  • Message: Swipe the dial interface from top to bottom to enter the message interface and view pushed messages. Up to 3 messages are stored by default. Voice messages can only be displayed, not played on the smartwatch.
  • Others: On the watch face, swipe from right to left to access 'Others' functions: Shutter, Timer, Brightness, Reset, Power Off, About.

Precautions

  • Only one connected APP should be installed on the mobile phone to ensure normal connection and data synchronization. Multiple similar APPs can affect the connection.
  • When the mobile phone requests app permissions, click 'Allow' to ensure all functions (notifications, QR scanning, remote camera) work correctly. These permissions are standard and do not affect phone operations or data.
  • Some Android smartphones may close the mobile app when cleaning background processes. Ensure the Da Fit app is running in the background. (Android background settings: Phone Settings > App Management > Da Fit > Permissions Management > Background Management > Select background operation. This may vary by phone model.)
  • Heart rate monitoring requires the watch to be worn snugly on the wrist. Too tight or too loose can lead to inaccurate readings.
  • Avoid colliding with hard objects to prevent breaking the screen.
  • Use a 5V, 1A charger. This product does not support fast charging. Do not expose the charging port to water or sweat to prevent short circuits.
  • This product is an electronic monitoring device, not for medical reference. Data is for daily reference only.

Troubleshooting

  • Watch cannot be turned on: Press the touch area for over 3 seconds. Ensure sufficient battery charge. If the normal charger doesn't respond, try charging with a 5V/1A power source.
  • Automatic power off: Battery power may be too low; please charge it.
  • Short battery life: Ensure the battery is fully charged (at least 2 hours). Check if the charger or data cable is functioning correctly and try a new one. Ensure proper connection at the data cable port.
  • BT disconnects or cannot connect: Restart the watch. Turn off and on the phone's Bluetooth and try reconnecting.
  • Inaccurate sleep data: Wear the watch normally. Data may be inaccurate if you go to bed late or only wear it while sleeping. Sleep data might not be generated if you go to bed during the day, as the default sleep time is set between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
