General Assembly Information

Before starting assembly, ensure you have the necessary tools and a clear workspace. Follow these instructions carefully.

• 1x Support piece (Part number: 121030)

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Prepare Side Panels

Insert 6 dowel pins (118331) into the pre-drilled holes on the inner sides of the two main side panels.

Step 2: Attach Handles

Attach the 4 handles (153548) to the front edges of the side panels using screws. Ensure they are securely fastened.

Step 3: Prepare Slatted Shelf Supports

Insert 6 wooden dowels (101345) into the holes on the ends of the two long support pieces that will hold the slatted shelf.

Step 4: Install Slatted Shelf

Carefully slide the slatted shelf assembly into the grooves or slots on the inside of the side panels. Ensure each slat is properly seated. Do not force or bend the slats.

Step 5: Attach Base Panel

Position the base panel and attach it to the bottom edges of the side panels using the provided fasteners (likely screws, as indicated by the diagram).

Step 6: Secure First Side Panel to Base

Use 2 cam lock nuts (106720) to secure the first side panel to the base panel. Insert the cam lock screws into the base panel and then tighten the cam lock nuts in the side panel to lock them in place.

Step 7: Attach Second Side Panel

Position the second side panel and align it with the base and the slatted shelf assembly.

Step 8: Secure Second Side Panel to Base

Use 1 cam lock nut (106720) to secure the second side panel to the base panel. Insert the cam lock screws into the base panel and then tighten the cam lock nut in the side panel.

Step 9: Attach Top Panel

Insert 4 wooden dowels (101345) into the top edges of the side panels. Place the top panel onto the side panels, aligning the holes with the dowels.

Step 10: Install Back Panel

Slide the back panel into the grooves provided on the rear edges of the side panels and the base/top panels.

Step 11: Position Top Panel

Ensure the top panel is fully seated and aligned with the side panels and back panel.

Step 12: Secure Top Panel

Use 3 cam lock nuts (106720) to secure the top panel to the side panels. Insert cam lock screws into the side panels and tighten the cam lock nuts in the top panel.

Step 13: Attach Support Piece

Attach the support piece (121030) to the underside of the unit. Insert 2 cam lock screws (100214) through the support piece and into the base panel, then tighten them using the Allen key (100092).

Step 14: Final Securing

Secure the assembled unit to a wall or stable surface using 2 screws (100214). This step is crucial for stability and safety, preventing tipping. [⚠️]
