Assembly Instructions and Safety Guide

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Panels

Insert 10x Cam Bolts (118331) into the pre-drilled holes on the two side panels and the top/bottom panels.

Step 2: Attach Brackets to Base

Attach 4x Brackets (116713) to the base panel using 4x Screws (100347) and a hammer.

Step 3: Insert Dowels (Sides)

Insert 4x Dowels (101350) into the designated holes on the side panels.

Step 4: Insert Dowels (More)

Insert 2x Dowels (101350) into the designated holes on the side panels.

Step 5: Insert Cam Locks (Sides)

Insert 3x Cam Locks (118224) into the designated holes on the side panels.

Step 6: Attach Top Panel

Align the top panel with the side panels.

Step 7: Secure Top Panel

Secure the top panel to the side panels by tightening the 3x Cam Locks (118224) inserted in Step 5.

Step 8: Tilt Frame

Carefully tilt the assembled frame onto its side.

Step 9: Insert Dowels (Base)

Insert 4x Dowels (101350) into the designated holes on the base panel.

Step 10: Insert Cam Locks (More)

Insert 4x Cam Locks (118224) into the designated holes on the side panels.

Step 11: Attach Back Panel

Attach the back panel to the main frame using screws.

Step 12: Assemble Drawer Mechanisms

Assemble the drawer slide mechanisms. Attach components using 6x Screws (112792) and 4x Cam Lock Housings (120292).

Step 13: Prepare Drawer Fronts

Attach drawer front panels to the drawer mechanisms. Use 12x Screws (109535) for this step.

Step 14: Secure Drawer Fronts

Secure the drawer fronts to the drawer mechanisms using 2x Screws (109535).

Step 15: Prepare Drawer Fronts (Other Side)

Repeat the process for the other side of the drawer front.

Step 16: Secure Drawer Fronts (Other Side)

Secure the drawer fronts to the drawer mechanisms using 2x Screws (109535).

Step 17: Insert Drawer Mechanisms into Cabinet

Carefully insert the assembled drawer mechanisms into the main cabinet body. Ensure correct orientation.

Step 18: Continue Inserting Drawer Mechanisms

Continue inserting the drawer mechanisms fully into the cabinet body.

Step 19: Align Drawer Mechanisms

Ensure the drawer mechanisms are properly aligned within the cabinet.

Step 20: Final Drawer Attachment

Finalize the attachment of the drawer mechanisms to the cabinet body. Use 4x Cam Locks (120292) and 4x Screws (112792).

Wall Mounting Instructions

To prevent tip-over injuries, this furniture MUST be secured to the wall.

The supplied screws and wall plugs are suitable for most solid (A) and hollow (B) walls. For solid wood (C), use screws without plugs.

If you are uncertain about the correct type of wall fixing, seek professional advice.

Wall Type A: Solid Walls

Use Ø 8 mm drill bit. Secure with Long Screw (109048) and Washer (100823). Wall plugs (121714) may be used if necessary.

Wall Type B: Hollow Walls

Use Ø 8 mm drill bit. Secure with Long Screw (109048) and Washer (100823). Wall plugs (121714) are recommended.

Wall Type C: Solid Wood

Use Ø 3 mm drill bit. Secure directly with screws (no plugs needed).

Step 21: Secure Furniture to Wall

Attach the furniture to the wall using the appropriate fixings as described above. Use 2x Long Screws (109048) and 2x Washers (100823).

Final Assembly & Use

Step 22: Attach Drawer Fronts

Attach the drawer fronts to the assembled drawer mechanisms using 4x Screws (109535).

Open the drawers to use the shoe cabinet.
