Safety Warnings

⚠️ WARNING: Furniture tip-over can cause serious injury or death.

To reduce the risk of furniture tip-over:

• ALWAYS install the provided anti-tip device.
• NEVER allow children to stand, climb, or hang on any drawers, doors, or shelves.
• ALWAYS secure your television with an anchor device.

Read and follow each step of the instructions carefully.

Tools and Hardware Required

Tools typically needed:

• Drill bits: Ø 8 mm (5/16") and Ø 3 mm (1/8")

Wall mounting hardware (screws and plugs) are provided. Use appropriate fixings for your wall type. If unsure, seek professional advice.

Wall Mounting Options:

A (Solid Walls): Drill Ø 8 mm (5/16") hole, use plug and screw (approx. 70 mm / 2 3/4" length).

B (Hollow Walls): Drill Ø 8 mm (5/16") hole, use plug and screw (approx. 30 mm / 1 1/4" length).

C (Solid Wood): Drill Ø 3 mm (1/8") hole, use screw without plug (approx. 30 mm / 1 1/4" length).

Parts Included

Assembly Steps

Step 1

Attach drawer runners (parts 10060247, 10103384, 10107145) to the side panels using screws (10048881). Ensure correct orientation as shown.

Step 2

Repeat Step 1 for the other side panel.

Step 3

Insert dowels/pegs (10061178, 10100254, 10107020) into the designated holes on the bottom panel.

Step 4

Attach the back panel to the bottom panel using screws.

Step 5

Insert cam lock screws (151707) into the side panels and attach the side panels to the bottom panel. Secure with cam locks (151708).

Step 6

Attach the second side panel to the bottom panel using cam lock screws and cam locks.

Step 7

Insert internal dividers into the assembled frame, aligning them with pre-drilled holes and dowels.

Step 8

Insert remaining internal dividers.

Step 9

Slide the back panels into the grooves on the back of the unit.

Step 10

Place the top panel onto the assembled frame. Insert screws (10077982) using the Allen key (100092).

Step 11

Slide the top panel into its final position, ensuring it is flush.

Step 12

Secure the top panel from the inside using cam lock screws (151707) and cam locks (151708).

Step 13

Repeat Step 12 to secure the top panel further.

Step 14

Attach the top panel using cam locks (151708) and cam lock screws (151707).

Step 15

Attach drawer runner mounting brackets (10093081, 10093082) to the inside of the unit using screws.

Step 16

Attach the anti-tip bracket (150688) to the top rear of the unit using screws (121714).

Step 17

Attach the feet (150689) to the bottom of the unit using screws (126916).

Step 18

Assemble the drawer boxes. This involves connecting the drawer sides, back, and bottom panels using provided fasteners.

Step 19

Attach the drawer fronts to the assembled drawer boxes using screws.

Step 20

Attach the anti-tip strap to the unit using long screws (147968) and other fasteners (126916, 158469, 10005905, 10099750, 10106990).

Step 21

Attach drawer runners to the assembled drawer boxes using screws (10051660, 10102154, 10107001).

Step 22

Attach drawer fronts to the drawer boxes using screws.

Step 23

Assemble drawer components. This involves connecting drawer sides and bottom panels using screws (130449).

Step 24

Attach drawer sides to the drawer base using screws (119030, 117434, 131361).

Step 25

Attach drawer sides to the drawer base using screws.

Step 26

Attach drawer sides to the drawer base using screws.

Step 27

Attach drawer runner components (10040242) to the drawer sides.

Step 28

Slide the top panel onto the assembled unit, ensuring correct alignment.

Step 29

Secure the unit by attaching components to the top panel using screws (145718, 159553, 10096669).

Step 30

Attach components to the top panel using screws.

Step 31

Attach drawer runners (10060247, 10103384, 10107145) to the drawer sides using screws (146114).

Step 32

Attach a component to the drawer side using screws.

Step 33

Attach a component to the drawer side using screws (146114).

Step 34

Insert the assembled drawers into the main unit.

Final check of the assembled VIHALS TV bench.
