Getting Started
Prepare for Setup
- Prepare your Wi-Fi network and password.
- Ensure your mobile device has iOS 8 or higher, or Android 4.1 or higher.
- Ensure you are using a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. 5 GHz networks are not supported.
Download and Install the DENVER SMART HOME App
Download and install the DENVER SMART HOME application from the App Store or Google Play.

App Account Registration
Register an Account in the DENVER SMART HOME App
Step 1: Enter your mobile phone number or email address.

Power Connection and Restarting
Connecting Power and Restarting the Device
- Unscrew the screws securing the cover on the bottom of the camera (secured by two screws).
- Under the cover, there is a reset button. Press and hold this button until you hear the "Ready to connect" prompt.
- Insert a micro SD card into the slot located under the cover on the bottom.

Adding Camera to the App
Option 1: Use QR Code
- In the app, tap "Add Device" in the upper right corner of the screen, then select the "Otherwise" (Inaczej) option.
- Select "QR Code".
- Enter your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password.
- Scan the QR code using the camera.

Option 2: Use Smart Configuration
Step 1: In the app, tap the (+) icon in the upper right corner of the main screen. Then select "Smart camera".

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: Can I share the camera with family or friends?
A1: Yes, you can share the camera with family or friends. They can then access it and control lighting, electrical switches, or other devices. In the app: tap the profile icon, then "Manage Home". This allows you to grant or revoke sharing permissions. To enable sharing with other users, they must download the app and register a new account.
Q2: What is the wireless range?
A2: The wireless range of the camera depends on your Wi-Fi router and the conditions in the room. Check your router's technical specifications for detailed range information.
Q3: Is the camera unavailable or unreachable?
A3: Ensure your Wi-Fi router has internet access and is within range. Make sure you have the latest app version by checking "Check firmware update" in the device settings within the app.
Q4: The camera cannot connect to the Wi-Fi network.
A4: Ensure you entered the correct Wi-Fi password during configuration. Check for any internet connection problems. If the Wi-Fi signal is too weak, restart your Wi-Fi router and check the signal again.
Q5: How many cameras can I connect?
A5: The DENVER SMART HOME app can connect an unlimited number of devices in an unlimited number of locations. Your Wi-Fi router may have a limit on the number of connected devices.
