Denver SHO-110 Smart Home Camera Setup Guide
This guide provides instructions for setting up and using your Denver SHO-110 Smart Home Camera.
Preparation
- Prepare your Wi-Fi network and password.
- Ensure your mobile device uses iOS8 or higher, or Android 4.1 or higher.
- Ensure you are using a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. 5 GHz networks are not compatible.
- Download and install the DENVER SMART HOME application from the App Store or Google Play.
App Download:
Search for "DENVER SMART HOME" in the App Store or Google Play. The app is available for both iOS and Android devices.

Account Registration
Register an account in the DENVER SMART HOME application.
- Step 1: Enter your mobile number or email address.
- Step 2: Enter the verification code and create a password.

Power Connection
How to reset my device:
- Loosen the cover on the bottom of the camera (secured with 2 screws).
- Under the cover, there is a reset button. Press and hold this button until you hear the voice prompt "ready to connect".
- Insert the Micro SD card under the cover on the bottom.

Adding the Camera to the App
Option 1: Using QR Code
- Step 1: In the app, in the top right corner of the "Add Device" screen, tap "Others".
- Step 2: Select "QR Code".
- Step 3: Enter your Wi-Fi network name and password.
- Step 4: Scan the QR code with the camera.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Can I share the camera with family and friends?
Yes, you can share your camera with family and friends so they can access the camera and control smart home devices like light bulbs and switches. In the app, tap the "Profile" button and then the "Home Management" button to grant or revoke sharing permissions. Other users must download the app and register a new account to share.
- What is the wireless range?
The wireless range of the camera is determined by the Wi-Fi router and the room conditions. Check your router's specifications for the exact range.
- Does the camera appear disconnected or inaccessible?
Check that the Wi-Fi router is connected and within range. Ensure you have the latest app version by tapping "Check for firmware updates" in the app settings.
- The camera cannot connect to the Wi-Fi network.
Ensure you enter the correct Wi-Fi password during Wi-Fi setup. Check for other internet connection issues. If the Wi-Fi signal is too weak, reset your Wi-Fi router and try again.
- How many cameras can I connect?
The DENVER SMART HOME application can connect an unlimited number of devices in an unlimited number of device locations. The number of devices that can be connected to a Wi-Fi router may be limited.
