Getting to Know Your App
The myTS app allows you to control your smart devices remotely and efficiently.
- Turn device ON/OFF remotely
- Edit device name and picture
- Set ON/OFF timer programs
- Group your devices: Add devices to a group to easily control and set programs for multiple lights. Connected devices must be turned on to be controlled by the app.
Voice Control
Pair with Amazon Alexa
- Open the Amazon Alexa app.
- Enable the myTS skill.
- Ask Alexa to "Find new devices" to link to myTS devices.
- To add additional devices after initial setup, say "Alexa, find new devices."
Pair with Google Assistant
- Open the Google Home app.
- Tap the Home icon.
- Touch the Add icon, then "Set up device."
- Tap "Have something already set up?"
- Type "myts" into the search bar, press the myTS icon, then follow the prompts to complete setup.
- To add additional devices after initial setup, say "Okay, Google, sync my devices."

Quick Start Guide

Download myTS App
Download the myTS app from the Apple App Store or Google Play by searching "myTS" or "myTouchSmart."

Create Account
Enter your email address and create a password. Ensure you read and agree to the Terms of Service.

Install Device
Install the Wi-Fi Smart Plug into the desired outlet. Once installed, the blue LED button should flash quickly, indicating it's ready for connection. If the blue LED flashes slowly, press and hold the button for 10 seconds to reset the plug; the LED will then flash quickly. The button also functions as a manual ON/OFF switch.

Find New Device
Tap "Find New Device" in the myTS app to connect your new Wi-Fi device.

Wi-Fi Connection
Ensure your phone is connected to the 2.4GHz band of your Wi-Fi router. Enter your Wi-Fi router password and select "OK." The app will search for the plug. If the smart plug is not found, the search will time out with a "No new devices found" message. Return to step 3. For persistent issues, select the support icon or FAQ within the app.
