Product Description
This section details the components included with the Yeelight Smart Light Strip.
The package typically includes:

An extension is also available:
- Lightstrip Plus Extension (40 inches / 1 meter each)

Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to set up your Yeelight Smart Light Strip:
- Plug the adapter into the wall outlet, rotate it by 45 degrees clockwise, and snap it into place.
- Clean the installation surface thoroughly.
- Paste and fix the lightstrip onto the cleaned surface.
- Connect the lightstrip to the power supply and plug it in.
- Basic controls: Tap the [power-button] to turn the lightstrip on, tap it again to turn it off, and press the [color-button] to select your desired color.
To extend the lightstrip, purchase the Yeelight Lightstrip Plus Extension. Match the end of the original lightstrip with the connection port of the extension and use the provided fastener. Ensure each strip is tightly connected before mounting the next. The maximum extension length is 10 meters.

Control your Yeelight Smart Light Strip using various smart home platforms.
Yeelight App Control
- Search for "Yeelight" in your app store or scan the provided QR code to download the Yeelight App.
- Turn on the lightstrip. Open the app and follow the on-screen prompts to connect.
* Ensure your Wi-Fi network is available and provides proper internet access.
Apple HomeKit Smart Control
- Open the Home App on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap the "+" button and add the accessory as prompted. Scan the QR code located on the product or its base, or manually input the 8-digit code.
* Ensure your Wi-Fi network is available and provides proper internet access. This product is not compatible with 5G networks.
* For optimal HomeKit compatibility, it is recommended to use iOS 9 or above.
* HomeKit codes are located under the controller's base. Note that these codes are required for resetting the device.

How to Reset
To reset the lightstrip:
- Disconnect the power.
- Press and hold the power button, then reconnect the power supply without releasing the button.
- Continue holding the button for five seconds until the lightstrip cycles through red, green, and blue, then turns yellow.
- Release the button. The reset is now complete.
* Please reset the lightstrip before using it in a new network environment.

Warnings

- To prevent early product failure, the lightstrip should only be installed in an operating environment ranging between -10°C to +40°C (14°F to 104°F).
- The lightstrip is not waterproof.
- Regularly check the cable, the power supply, and all other parts. Do not use this luminaire if any part is damaged.
- The external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire cannot be replaced. Do not use the luminaire if the cable or cord is damaged.
- The lamps are not replaceable; when the light source reaches its end of life, the whole luminaire shall be replaced.
- Do not disassemble the product privately.
- Keep the lightstrip away from children under 3 years old.
- Maximum interconnected length is 400 inches (10 meters).
- Do not bend the LEDs inside the lightstrip more than 90 degrees to avoid any possible damage.
- Do not connect the lightstrip to the power supply while it is still in the package.
- The Lightstrip Plus 1S is only compatible with Yeelight Lightstrip Plus Extension.
- Interconnection shall be made only by using the supplied connectors. Any open end must be sealed off before use.
- Do not use the rope light when covered or recessed into a surface.
- Do not open or cut the rope light.
- Under normal use conditions, this equipment should be kept at a separation distance of at least 20cm between the antenna and the user's body.
