Assembly Steps
Step 1: Basic Box Assembly
Assemble a single shoe box unit. The diagram shows a box body being formed.
Step 2: Connecting Components
The box body has connection points labeled 1, 2, 3, and 4. These are used to connect different parts of the shoe box structure.
Step 3-1: Installing the Back Cover
Carefully align the gaps of the back cover to the edges of the box body. When inserting the marked parts (indicated by ① and ② in diagrams) into the back cover, you should hear a "click" sound ? when correctly installed.
Step 3-2: Installation Direction (Special Attention)
During assembly, ensure all sides of the front door and back cover that contain pegs should face upward (⬆️). The opposite sides with grooves should face downward (⬇️).
Step 3-3: Installing the Front Door
Carefully align the gaps of the front door to the edges of the box body. When inserting the front door into the marked part (indicated by ④ in diagrams), you should hear a "click" sound ? when correctly installed.
Step 4: Installation Complete
After installation is complete, ensure no edges are loose or exposed.
Assembly Options: Stacking
To stack the shoe boxes, ensure each side with pegs faces upward, and grooved sides face downward. When stacking, the four pegs on the lower shoe box should snap securely into the four grooves on the upper box with correct alignment.
Configurations
The shoe boxes can be configured in sets of 6 pieces (Models: FTBFSR-0023, FTBFSR-0024) or 10 pieces (Models: FTBFSR-0025, FTBFSR-0026).
Easy to Disassemble
To disassemble a unit: First, press the buckle ⚙️. Then, pull the unit out.
