Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Attach Side Panels to Base
Diagram shows vertical panels (1, 2) being attached to a larger back panel (3). Screws (A) are inserted into panels 1 and 2, and cam lock fittings (B) are inserted into panel 3. Cam locks are turned clockwise to secure. A close-up illustrates the cam lock mechanism: a bolt from panel 1 or 2 screws into a nut on panel 3, and the cam lock grips the bolt head.
Instructions for Cam Lock and Eccentric Wheel: Tighten the bolt until the shoulder is aligned with the panel. Ensure not to overtighten or undertighten. The pre-inserted nut should align with the center of the cam lock when joining two panels. The cam lock should be inserted before the eccentric wheel. Turn the cam lock clockwise to tighten.
Parts Used: Panels 1, 2, 3; Screws A; Cam Locks B.
Step 2: Assemble Main Cabinet Structure
Diagram shows panels 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, and 8 being assembled. It highlights the importance of aligning grooves. Fasteners used include cam locks (B), screws (J), and screws (D).
Instruction: Pay attention to the position of the groove at the triangle mark. Ensure that the groove is in the same direction.
Parts Used: Panels 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8; Screws B, J, D.
Step 3: Attach Back Panels
Diagram shows back support panels (7) being attached to the main cabinet structure (panels 1, 3, 5). Screws (D) are used for this step.
Parts Used: Panels 1, 3, 5, 7; Screws D.
Step 4: Attach Top Panel
Diagram shows the top panel (2) being attached to the assembled cabinet structure using screws (C). A warning indicates not to fully tighten screws yet.
Instruction: Do not fully tighten screws before completing step 6.
Parts Used: Panel 2; Screws C.
Step 5: Attach Support Beams
Diagram shows two support beams (13) being attached to the base of the cabinet structure using screws (P). A warning indicates not to fully tighten screws yet.
Instruction: Do not fully tighten screws before completing step 6.
Parts Used: Support Beams 13; Screws P.
Step 6: Attach Back Support Rod
Diagram shows a metal rod (14) being attached to the back of the cabinet structure using screws (P).
Parts Used: Metal Rod 14; Screws P.
Step 7: Install Hinges on Cabinet Body
Diagram shows hinge components (E) and dowels/pins (H) being attached to the main cabinet body (panel 1) using screws (I).
Parts Used: Cabinet Body 1; Hinge Components E, H; Screws I.
Step 8: Prepare Doors for Hinges
Diagram shows door panels (8) being prepared for hinge attachment. Screws (I) are used to secure components to the doors.
Parts Used: Door Panels 8; Screws I.
Step 9: Attach Hinges to Doors
Diagram shows hinge components (F) and (G) being attached to door panels (9) using screws (E). A visual indicator shows correct (✔️) and incorrect (❌) hinge orientation.
Instruction: Ensure correct hinge orientation.
Parts Used: Door Panels 9; Hinge Components F, G; Screws E.
Step 10: Attach Doors to Cabinet (Part 1)
Diagram shows door panels (9 or 12) being attached to the cabinet body (panel 1) using hinge components (E and G). Screws (E) are used.
Parts Used: Cabinet Body 1; Door Panels 9 or 12; Hinge Components E, G.
Step 11: Attach Doors to Cabinet (Part 2)
Diagram shows door panels (10 or 11) being attached to the cabinet body (panel 1) using hinge components (E and G). Screws (E) are used.
Parts Used: Cabinet Body 1; Door Panels 10 or 11; Hinge Components E, G.
Step 12: Install and Adjust Door Hinges
Diagrams show detailed views of hinge adjustment screws. The first diagram illustrates adjusting door position using a 'waist round hole' marked with a triangle, ensuring consistent gaps. The second diagram shows using a screw at the back of the hinge to adjust front/back position, aligning the door with upper/lower panels. The third diagram shows using a screw at the front of the hinge to adjust left/right position, aligning the door with upper/lower panels.
Instructions for Hinge Adjustment:
- Use the "waist round hole" marked with a triangle to adjust the position of the door panel (ensure that the gap between the door panel and the upper and lower panels is consistent).
- Use the screw at the back end of the hinge to adjust the front and back position of the door panel (ensure that the front of the door panel is in the same plane as the upper and lower panels).
- Use the screw at the front end of the hinge to adjust the left and right position of the door panel (ensure that the left and right sides of the door panel are in the same plane as the upper and lower panels).
After completing these three steps, secure the other two screws on the hinge.
Parts Used: Hinge Components E, G.
Step 13: Secure Anti-Tip Hardware
Diagram shows the anti-tip strap (components N, M, O, L) being attached to the cabinet and the wall. It includes a visual of drilling into a wall to secure the strap.
Parts Used: Anti-Tip Strap Components N, M, O, L; Screws E.
