We know you're eager to start racing! Take your time with the instructions and follow this guide to assemble your product. You'll be setting yourself up for success by following the instruction booklet to fully optimize your product.
Important Note: Please take your time with these instructions and refer to the critical assembly video at bit.ly/nlrbuild.
Be Fast or Be Last!
However, take your time with these instructions to get the most out of your F-GT LITE.
Warnings
- ⚠️ Power Tools: Please do not use power tools for assembly, as over-tightening can damage your frame.
- ⚠️ Hub Adjustment: Do not adjust the hubs while the user is sitting in the cockpit. Make sure the user is out of the cockpit before adjusting.
- ⚠️ Hub Tightness: Make sure the hubs are tightened fully before using the cockpit. Spin the hub clockwise to ensure it is fully tight.
- ⚠️ Wheel Bar Strap: Make sure the strap on the wheel bar is tight when adjusting the hubs, otherwise the wheel will fall.
- ⚠️ Choking Hazard: Small parts not for children under 3 years or any individuals who have a tendency to place inedible objects in their mouths.

For Hardmount Wheel & Pedals:
- 8 x M6 15MM ?
- 8 x M6 WASHERS ?
- 4 x M6 NUTS ?

Assembly Instructions
1.0 - 1.4: Frame Assembly
These steps involve connecting main frame components, typically by removing and re-installing nuts and bolts. Pay close attention to the diagrams for correct placement and orientation.
- 1.0: Refer to the image for initial frame orientation.
- 1.1: Remove nut and bolt from the indicated frame part.
- 1.2: Re-install the nut and bolt to connect components.
- 1.3: Instructions for opening the steering pole clamp. Remove nut and bolt, and secure with a loop strap.
- 1.4: Re-install nut and bolt. WARNING: Pull the strap tight for strong and rigid wheel support.
2.0 - 2.1: Base Frame Assembly
These steps focus on attaching parts to the base of the cockpit frame.
- 2.0: Remove bolts from the indicated frame sections.
- 2.1: Re-install the bolts to secure the frame components.
3.0 - 3.1: Mounting Plates
These steps detail the attachment of mounting plates, likely for accessories.
- 3.0: Remove nut and bolt from the mounting plate bracket.
- 3.1: Re-install nut and bolt. The plate can be installed on the left or right side.
Adjustments
This section covers how to adjust the cockpit for optimal comfort and use.
- Seat Adjustment: Pull the lever to open and adjust the seat position.
- Hub Adjustment: Close the hub mechanism to lock. WARNING: Do not adjust hubs while the user is in the cockpit. Make sure the user is out of the cockpit before adjusting.
- Hub Tightness: Rotate the hub clockwise to tighten & anti-clockwise to loosen. Ensure hubs are fully tightened before use.
- Wheel Bar Strap: Ensure the strap on the wheel bar is tight when adjusting hubs, otherwise the wheel will fall.
- Wheel Plate Angle: Loosen to adjust wheel angle.
- Wheel Plate Adjustment: Refer to the diagram for specific adjustment points.
Tips & Tricks
- Entry/Exit: Open the wheel bar to get in and out of the cockpit safely.
- Logitech Shifter Mounting: Undo the 4 screws circled in the image to mount your Logitech Shifter.
