Assembly Instructions

Step 1

Attach the main frame components using 2 X M8 X 15MM bolts. The diagram shows two bolts connecting the base frame parts.

Step 2

Connect the side frame pieces to the base using 4 X M8 X 60MM bolts and 4 X M8 NUTS. The diagram shows side pieces attaching to the base with bolts and nuts, with arrows indicating insertion points.

Step 3

Secure the front pedal support structure using 4 X M8 X 60MM bolts and 4 X M8 NUTS. The diagram shows the front support attaching to the base with bolts and nuts.

Step 4

When the structure is flat, attach the pedal plate using 6 X M8 X 15MM bolts. The diagram indicates 'WHEN FLAT' for this attachment.

Step 5

Attach the seat support posts using 2 X TWIST KNOBS. The diagram shows seat posts being attached with twist knobs, with arrows indicating insertion.

Step 6

Connect the seat base to the support posts using 3 X M8 X 60MM bolts and 3 X M8 NUTS. The diagram shows the seat base attachment with bolts and nuts.

Step 7

Attach the steering wheel support structure to the main frame using 2 X M8 X 15MM bolts. Then, attach the gear shifter support using 2 X M8 X 60MM bolts and 2 X M8 NUTS. The diagram shows steering support and shifter support attachment.

Step 8

Reinforce the structure by attaching 4 X M8 X 60MM bolts. The diagram shows additional bolts being added to the frame.

Step 9

Attach the seat mounting brackets to the seat base using 4 X M8 X 30MM bolts. Then, attach the seat to the brackets using 6 X M8 X 30MM bolts and 2 X TWIST KNOBS. The diagram shows seat base brackets and seat attachment.

Step 10

Step 11

Step 12: Option 1

Attach the pedal plate with 2 X M8 X 15MM bolts. Then, secure the seat with 2 X M8 X 60MM bolts. The diagram shows two options for pedal plate/seat attachment.

Step 13: Option 2

Attach the pedal plate with 2 X M8 X 60MM bolts. The diagram shows an alternative pedal plate attachment.

Step 14

Install the 6 X ADJUSTABLE FEET at the base of the cockpit. For pedal strengthening, use the PEDAL STRENGTHENING BOLT kit: 2 X M8 X 110MM bolts and 4 X M8 NUTS. The diagram shows adjustable feet and pedal strengthening bolts.

Hints and Tips

Pedal Plate Distance

Adjust the pedal plate distance by sliding it forward or backward as indicated by the arrows in the diagram.

Wheel Angle Adjustment

To adjust the wheel angle, remove one bolt from the steering wheel support, make the adjustment, and then re-secure the bolt. The diagram shows a bolt being removed for angle adjustment.

General Adjustments

The cockpit allows for angle adjustment and height adjustment for both the pedal plate and the steering wheel support, as indicated in the diagram.
