Setting up your Human Touch Massage Recliner is easy. It involves attaching the backrest to the chair base and then attaching the backrest pad.
Unpack the Box

1. Attach the Backrest to the Chair Base
IMPORTANT: This step requires two people to prevent injury and/or damage.
- With two people, lift the backrest into position on top of the chair base, aligning the tracks on the sides of the backrest with the brackets on the chair base.
- Carefully lower the tracks on the sides of the backrest onto both brackets simultaneously, keeping the backrest level, until it clicks into place.

Massage Techniques
Your Human Touch Technology® offers maximum massage flexibility and benefits.
Massage Technique | What It Does | Benefits |
---|---|---|
Rolling | Rolls gently up and down your back near your spine. | Warms and loosens muscles, preparing for deeper massage. Relieves muscle tension, improves circulation, and relaxes the back. |
Compression | Applies pressure to spinal muscles and joint areas using alternating strokes and a gentle rocking motion, emulating sports medicine and chiropractic techniques. | Spreads and applies pressure to deep muscle tissue, forcing relaxation. Loosens spinal joints. Aids muscle and joint repair from strain, and can improve mobility and posture. |
Kneading | Kneads your back in a small, circular motion on both sides of your spine simultaneously. | Relieves tension and soreness by lifting and stretching muscles. Improves circulation and brings vital nutrients to the spinal area. |
